Casino Reviews: Every Casino We Have Checked

Index of our casino reviews, re-checked October 2026: licence and operator for each, partner brands marked, the QBet warning and the reviews we retired.

Advertiser disclosure We may earn a commission when you open a casino through our links. Payment never buys a place on a list or a better rating. Editorial policy · 18+

This page lists every casino review on 99 Casinos that we have checked again in October 2026, with the licence, the company that runs each site and our score under one published method. Five of the brands are commercial partners and carry a link to the casino; the rest are reviewed without any affiliate link. One review, QBet, is a warning rather than a recommendation. Reviews of casinos that have closed, stopped taking international players or whose licence we could not confirm have been retired rather than left online with old offers.

All reviews are desk research. For each casino we read the operator’s own terms, bonus rules and payment pages, looked the licence up in the regulator’s register, and searched regulators’ enforcement decisions. We do not describe test deposits or playing sessions, and we do not publish user ratings or invented review counts.

All casino reviews at a glance

Scores run from 1 to 5 and come from the weighted method on our how we rate casinos page. Where a review gives no score, the reason is explained in the review itself.

A licence from Malta (MGA) or Estonia (EMTA) is an EU licence; Curaçao, Anjouan, Kahnawake and Tobique licences are issued outside the EU and give players less protection. None of these licences makes a casino legal in a country that requires its own licence, such as Great Britain, the Netherlands or Sweden.

How we review a casino

Every review on this site follows the same routine, and each one lists its sources at the end.

  1. Licence and operator. We find the company named in the casino’s footer and terms, then look it up in the regulator’s own register: the MGA’s licensee search, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online register, the Anjouan register, the Kahnawake permit-holder list or the Tobique licence-holder page. Each review carries a “Licence and operator” table with the licence number, the legal operator, a link to the register entry and the date we checked.
  2. Regulatory record. We search enforcement decisions from regulators such as the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) and Sweden’s Spelinspektionen. Fines and bans against the licence holder are reported in the review even when they concern a sister site.
  3. Bonus terms. We copy the offer and its rules from the operator’s promotion page on the day of the update and work out what the wagering means in money, with an example.
  4. Payments and withdrawals. We record the methods the casino shows, the minimum and maximum withdrawal, daily and monthly caps, and any fees or turnover rules, as the terms state them.
  5. Games, support and player protection. We note the approved game studios, live casino, support channels and the responsible gambling tools on offer.
  6. Score. We mark six criteria from 1 to 5 and weight them: licence for your country 30%, payments 20%, bonus terms 15%, games 15%, player protection 10%, support 10%.

Our editorial policy sets out how commercial relationships are kept apart from scores and how corrections are made. Partner brands are not scored more kindly: the licence weight alone means an offshore partner casino cannot reach the top of the scale.

What “Our status” means

Status What it means for you
Partner, reviewed We have a commercial agreement with the brand and link to it. The review lists the full terms and the cons.
Reviewed, no link The casino is live and its licence checks out, but we have no agreement with it. The review is information only.
Licence expiring The licence register shows an expiry date within weeks. We remove links until a renewal appears.
Warning Regulators have acted against the brand or its operator. Read the review before you deposit anything.
Retired The casino closed, was repurposed or no longer gives a verifiable licence. The old review now points here.

Warning: QBet

QBet is still online, but we do not recommend it. The Dutch regulator, the Kansspelautoriteit, fined its former operator Novatech Solutions N.V. EUR 24,846,000 for offering gambling to Dutch players without a licence (decision of 16 December 2025, under objection), and Spelinspektionen banned the same company from the Swedish market on 11 March 2026. The site now names a Costa Rica company with a Tobique licence. Our QBet warning review sets out the timeline and what players with an open balance can do. It carries no score and no link.

Licences expiring in October 2026

Several brands in this index rely on Anjouan licences that the Anjouan register shows as expiring on 17 October 2026. The Slotz relies on that licence alone, so we have removed it from every list and link until the register shows a renewal; our The Slotz review explains how to check. AllSpins is covered by the same Anjouan licence but also holds a current Curaçao Gaming Authority licence. Loki Casino’s Anjouan licence carries the same expiry date. If you hold a balance at any of these sites, the safest course is to complete verification and withdraw before the expiry date.

Reviews we have retired

These old reviews have been taken down and now redirect to this page, because the casino closed, changed what it is, or no longer shows a licence we could verify:

  • Bet24-7.online Casino: domain parked, casino closed
  • Turbico: the domain is now a casino comparison site, not a casino
  • Wintopia Casino: no operator or licence shown on the site; the Curaçao licence attributed to it is “Assessment in progress” and its Anjouan cover expires on 17 October 2026
  • Flappy Casino: same platform and licence position as Wintopia
  • CasiQo, Kakadu, Lady Hammer, CrazyFox, 0xBet and Winward: retired in this update

UK players

Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC-licensed sites. None of the casinos reviewed here holds a UKGC licence, and none is aimed at UK residents; most list the United Kingdom as a restricted country in their own terms. If you live in Great Britain, choose a UKGC-licensed casino and check its licence on the Gambling Commission’s public register.

Players in the Netherlands and Sweden

In the Netherlands only casinos licensed by the Kansspelautoriteit may offer online gambling; our iDEAL casinos page lists KSA-licensed operators only, and no offshore brand appears there. In Sweden a licence from Spelinspektionen is required to target Swedish players, Spelpaus does not apply at unlicensed sites, and winnings from casinos licensed outside the EEA are taxable. Our guide to casinos without a Swedish licence explains the rules without listing any brand.

How to use these reviews

  • Start with the licence table. If your country is on the casino’s restricted list, stop there: winnings from an account opened in breach of the terms can be voided.
  • Do the bonus maths. A 40x deposit-plus-bonus requirement on a EUR 100 deposit and EUR 100 bonus means EUR 8,000 of bets. Our welcome bonus guide shows how to compare offers.
  • Check the payout caps. Daily and monthly limits matter more than the headline bonus if you win. Our fast payout casinos page compares them.
  • Set limits before you play. Offshore casinos are outside GAMSTOP, Cruks, Spelpaus and ROFUS, so their own deposit limits and self-exclusion are the only tools on site.

Frequently asked questions

How does 99 Casinos rate online casinos?

Each casino is marked from 1 to 5 on six criteria, weighted as follows: licence for your country 30%, payments and withdrawals 20%, bonus terms 15%, games 15%, player protection 10% and support 10%. The weighted marks are added up and rounded to one decimal place.

Are the casinos in these reviews licensed?

Every live review names a licence that we looked up in the regulator’s register on 8 October 2026: the Malta Gaming Authority, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, Anjouan, Kahnawake or Tobique. None of them holds a UK Gambling Commission licence.

Do you get paid by the casinos you review?

Some of them. Partner brands are marked in the table and carry a link that may earn us a commission. Other reviewed casinos have no link at all. Commercial deals do not change the marks; the licence criterion alone keeps offshore partner brands well below the top score.

Why are some reviews missing a score?

We give no score when we cannot apply the method fairly, for example when a brand has just changed operator after regulatory sanctions. QBet is the main example: its review is a warning and explains why.

Why did some casino reviews disappear?

We retire a review when the casino closes, turns into something else, or no longer shows a licence we can verify in a register. The old address then redirects to this index so readers do not land on out-of-date offers.

Can UK players use the casinos reviewed here?

No. None of them is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, which is required to offer gambling in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP does not cover them. UK residents should use a UKGC-licensed casino.
