2.6 out of 5How we rate

The Slotz is an offshore casino and sportsbook launched in 2025. Its footer names Round Square Limited of Belize as owner and operator, and its only licence comes from Anjouan, one of the islands of the Comoros. That licence is due to expire on 17 October 2026. The site has a big slot lobby, crypto payments and a welcome package of up to EUR 2,500 plus 375 free spins, but bonus wagering only counts bonus-money bets, payouts are capped at EUR 2,000 a day, and the complaint record is dominated by delayed withdrawals. We have removed The Slotz from our lists until the licence position is clear, and we do not recommend it to players in regulated markets.

Our homepage used to list The Slotz with “325% up to EUR 2,000 + 300 FS”; that offer no longer exists. This review is desk research: on 7 October 2026 we read the casino’s terms and conditions, bonus terms, promotion pages and responsible gaming page (loaded through Irish, Canadian and New Zealand connections), checked the Anjouan licence register and recorded the complaint history on AskGamblers and Casino Guru. No deposits or play sessions are claimed. Where sources disagree, we say which source says what.

Checked 8 October 2026

The Slotz footer names only the Anjouan licence, and neither Round Square Limited nor 3-102-961604 SRL appears in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online gaming register dated 2 October 2026. It holds no licence from the Malta Gaming Authority or any national regulator either. The footer says the site “is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros” and gives the licence number as ALSI-202410052-F12. In the Anjouan register the number is written ALSI-202410052-FI2 (the letter I, not the digit 1), so the footer contains a typo.

According to the register, that licence was issued on 18 October 2024 to 3-102-961604 SRL and expires on 17 October 2026, nine days after our latest check. Nine domains are listed under it: spindragons.com, theslotz.com, flappycasino.com, allspins.com, wintopia.com, kazeeno.com, megafishwins.com, myvip.casino and bangawin.com. Two details deserve attention:

  • Different company names. The site names Round Square Limited of Belize as owner and operator, while the licence holder in the register is 3-102-961604 SRL. The terms do not explain the relationship.
  • “Valid” is not proof. The register shows the status “valid” for this licence, but it also shows “valid” for other licences whose expiry dates have already passed. The expiry date is the field to check, by searching the register for the licence number, not just the domain.

How to check the licence yourself

  1. Open the Anjouan licence register at anjouangaming.com and search for the licence number ALSI-202410052-FI2, not the domain name; a bare-domain lookup can return a misleading result.
  2. Read the expiry date in the entry. On 7 October 2026 it showed 17 October 2026.
  3. Check that the domain you are using (theslotz.com or the mirror) appears in the list of domains under that licence. On 7 October 2026 the register listed theslotz.com but not theslotz5.co.
  4. Click the licence seal in the casino’s footer, if one is shown, and confirm that it opens a page on the regulator’s own domain rather than a copy hosted elsewhere.

If the register does not show a renewal after 17 October 2026, The Slotz would be trading on a lapsed licence. We will update this page as soon as the register changes. Our guide to legal online casinos explains why an offshore licence carries far less weight than a national one.

What an Anjouan licence means for you

Anjouan grew quickly as a cheaper alternative after Curaçao’s new law (LOK) took effect on 24 December 2024 and the Curaçao Gaming Authority began issuing licences directly. For players the important point is dispute handling: the Anjouan authority does not handle complaints itself. A complaint goes through the licence seal on the casino’s site, the operator has 30 days to respond (game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 days), and after that the case goes to an ADR provider paid by the operator. There is no compensation fund, no national self-exclusion link and no published record of the authority recovering money for players.

What happens if the licence lapses

An expired licence does not shut a website down. In practice one of three things follows: the register shows a renewal, usually with a new expiry date a year later; the brand moves its domain to another licence (often with a new company name in the footer); or the site keeps trading on the old wording without cover. Players with a balance should know that the complaint route through the Anjouan seal depends on a current licence. If you hold money at The Slotz, our advice is to complete verification and withdraw before 17 October 2026 rather than wait to see which outcome applies.

The mirror domain

On 7 October 2026 theslotz.com returned a redirect to www.theslotz5.co, and the first clause of the terms names TheSlotz5.co as the website. The trading name, support address ([email protected]) and terms are the same on both. Mirror domains are common in this segment of the market, often because the main domain is blocked by payment providers or national regulators. Before depositing on any mirror, check that its footer carries the same company and licence details, and bookmark the address so you are not sent to a copy-cat site.

Which countries The Slotz accepts

Clause 2.7 of the terms says you cannot create an account if you are in any of these countries and territories: Ontario, USA, Ukraine (including occupied territories), Belize, Anjouan, Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Dutch West Indies, Statia, Singapore, Moldova, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, Israel, Romania, Myanmar, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia and Libya. Accounts opened from these places can be suspended and their deposits and bets cancelled.

That list is shorter than the one at sister site AllSpins, which also excludes the UK, France, Spain, Turkey and others. A country missing from the list does not mean The Slotz is allowed to serve it: the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden all require a local licence, which The Slotz does not have (see the country notes below). Game providers add their own blocks, for example NetEnt titles in Australia and several branded slots in Canada and France (clauses 2.9 to 2.14).

Welcome package and every term that applies

The current package is headlined “EUR 2,500 + 375 FS” and covers the first four deposits:

Deposit From EUR 20 From EUR 50
1st 100% up to EUR 800 + 300 free spins Same
2nd 150% up to EUR 600 200% up to EUR 600
3rd 150% up to EUR 600 200% up to EUR 600
4th 125% up to EUR 500 125% up to EUR 500 + 75 free spins

These are the rules from the promotion pages and the general bonus terms:

  • Wagering: 30 times the bonus amount for each deposit bonus.
  • Bonus money only: real-money bets do not count towards wagering. Your cash balance is used first, and bonus funds are only played once the real (or “locked”) balance reaches zero.
  • Maximum bet: EUR 5 while wagering.
  • Cashout cap: 10 times the bonus; anything above is voided.
  • Time limit: 10 days from activation for each bonus.
  • Free spins (1st deposit): credited in packs of 20 every 24 hours after the deposit; each pack must be claimed within 24 hours or it expires. Winnings are wagered 40 times and capped at EUR 50.
  • Free spins (4th deposit): 75 spins from a EUR 50 deposit; winnings wagered 40 times and capped at EUR 100.
  • Game weighting: slots and keno 100%, live casino 10%, table and card games, video poker and craps 0%; jackpot games cannot be played with an active bonus, and named slots count 0% or are blocked.
  • Withdrawals: a withdrawal request cancels any unused bonuses, and withdrawing before wagering is complete removes the whole bonus balance.
  • One per household: one bonus per person, family, address, IP address, payment account or device.

The second and third deposit terms say a EUR 50 deposit “will add the Free Spins”, yet the offer table for those deposits lists no spins. Ask support which version applies before you deposit, and keep a screenshot of the answer.

The four bonuses side by side

Deposit Best tier Max bonus Wagering at max bonus Max release (10x bonus)
1st 100% from EUR 20 EUR 800 EUR 24,000 EUR 8,000
2nd 200% from EUR 50 EUR 600 (deposit EUR 300) EUR 18,000 EUR 6,000
3rd 200% from EUR 50 EUR 600 (deposit EUR 300) EUR 18,000 EUR 6,000
4th 125% from EUR 50 EUR 500 (deposit EUR 400) EUR 15,000 EUR 5,000

To collect the full EUR 2,500 you would deposit EUR 1,800 (EUR 800 + 300 + 300 + 400) and face EUR 75,000 in bonus-money wagering, each part within its own 10-day window. At the EUR 5 maximum bet that is 15,000 spins. Few players finish a package like this; treat it as optional.

Worked example

Suppose you deposit EUR 50 for your second deposit and take the 200% match. You receive EUR 100 in bonus funds and must wager 30 x 100 = EUR 3,000 with bonus money, at no more than EUR 5 per spin, within 10 days. Because real-money bets do not count, the EUR 50 you deposited is played first and does not reduce the requirement. If you complete the wagering, the most you can release from that bonus is 10 x 100 = EUR 1,000. On the first deposit, the 300 spins arrive over 15 days in packs of 20, but the bonus itself expires after 10, so the timelines overlap awkwardly. Our welcome bonuses guide shows how to compare wagering across casinos.

Other promotions

Promotion Headline (7 October 2026) Key terms
Daily cashback Up to 30%, no cap By VIP level: level 0 none, levels 1 to 3 10%, level 4 15%, levels 5 and 6 20%, level 7 25%, level 8 30%; real money, 1x wagering, EUR 5 minimum, must be activated the same day
Boost Ladder 75%, then 100%, then 150% up to EUR 300 Terms on the promotion page
Monthly reload 100% up to EUR 500 + 50 free spins Terms on the promotion page
Weekend reload 80% up to EUR 800 + 50 free spins Advertised as unlimited claims
Football early payout Bet settled as a win if your team goes two goals ahead Pre-match Full Time Result bets on seven European leagues; draws, enhanced-price bets and cashed-out bets excluded

The cashback is calculated on net losses up to the amount you deposited that day, minus bonuses received, so it cannot exceed a share of your deposits. Coins earned from real-money play (one per EUR 100 wagered) can be swapped in the shop for bonus funds (30x, 10 days, casino games only, cashout capped at 5 times the bonus) or free spins (40x, winnings capped at EUR 100). The VIP programme has nine levels, from 0 to 8; the VIP page promises higher deposit and withdrawal limits, faster payouts and a personal account manager at higher levels, without publishing the thresholds.

Payment methods

The cashier is only visible after registration and varies by country, so the list below is taken from Casino Guru’s “TheSlotz Casino” review (not to be confused with a different casino called Slotz), which counts 24 payment options:

Type Methods reported
Cards Visa, Mastercard
E-wallets and mobile Neteller, MiFinity, Apple Pay
Vouchers Paysafecard
Bank and local methods Bank transfer, Nordea, Danske Bank, Aktia, Multibanco, Inpay, InterKassa
Crypto Bitcoin, Tron (TRX), USD Coin (USDC) and others

The minimum deposit for the welcome bonuses is EUR 20. Deposits and withdrawals must use accounts in your own name, cash is not accepted, and withdrawals go back to the deposit method wherever possible. Before paying in crypto, ask support whether withdrawals go back in the same coin, because the price can move while a payout is pending.

Withdrawals: limits, timing and KYC

Clause 9 of the terms sets these rules:

Rule The Slotz terms
Minimum withdrawal EUR 20
Maximum per transaction Up to EUR 2,000, depending on VIP level
Maximum per day Up to EUR 2,000
Maximum per week Up to EUR 10,000
Maximum per month Up to EUR 30,000
Large wins Over EUR 10,000: monthly instalments of up to EUR 10,000
Review hours Daily, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3); processed within 24 hours after verification
Before withdrawing Deposits must be wagered at least once; a deposit made only to collect free spins cannot be withdrawn
Fees The casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee

The limits have changed over time and sources disagree. Casino Guru records EUR 2,000 per day, EUR 5,000 per week and EUR 10,000 per month. An AskGamblers complaint from January 2026 describes four bank-transfer withdrawals “for the max per transaction amount of EUR 500”, which matches the EUR 500 cap our earlier review reported. The terms we read on 7 October 2026 give the higher figures in the table. At EUR 2,000 a day, a EUR 9,000 win takes at least five days to request, and anything above EUR 10,000 can be spread over several months.

Verification

No withdrawal is processed before your identity is verified. The casino asks for:

  1. a colour copy of a passport or driving licence that is still valid;
  2. both sides of the card used to deposit, with the middle eight digits and CVV covered, or a screenshot of the e-wallet or bank account;
  3. a utility bill no older than three months showing your name and address;
  4. in some cases a selfie holding your ID, and from the risk department a video call over Skype.

Documents go to [email protected]. You have only seven days to supply them, and the terms say the check usually takes up to 24 hours once everything has arrived (another clause allows up to ten days). Missing a scheduled video call can lead to cancelled winnings and a closed account. An anti-money-laundering clause adds that no more than EUR 2,000 within 24 hours, or EUR 2,300 in total since registration, is paid out before identity, age and residence are verified. Verifying straight after registration is the simplest way to avoid delays; our fast payout casinos page compares sites that pay faster.

Other terms worth knowing

  • An account is inactive after 12 months without activity, and an inactive account can be charged EUR 5 a month; cashback balances on inactive accounts are cancelled.
  • If you close your account because of gambling problems, the terms bar you from playing at the partner casinos named in the licence.
  • Deposits made from a duplicate account can be confiscated.
  • The casino may refuse a withdrawal of deposited money that was never used to play.

Games and software

The lobby is slot-led, with categories for new games, bonus-buy slots, Book-style slots, jackpots, crash games, scratch cards, bingo and keno, table games and live casino. Casino Guru counts 172 providers, including NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Playtech, Blueprint, IGT, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin and Yggdrasil. Titles visible in the public lobby on 7 October 2026 came from Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, 3 Oaks, Amusnet, Fugaso, Gaming Corps and Evolution, whose live tables included Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Lightning Blackjack and Casino Hold’em. A sportsbook sits alongside the casino, with a sports welcome offer and the football early-payout promotion. Because providers geo-block titles, the lobby you see depends on your location. A game count is not published by the casino, and review-site figures vary too widely to quote.

Mobile play

The Slotz is a browser site built to work on phones and tablets; the casino does not list a native app in an app store. All of the cashier, promotions and live games are available in the mobile browser.

Customer support

Support works by live chat and by email at [email protected]. Casino Guru lists 24/7 live chat in English, Portuguese, German, Italian, Greek, French, Polish, Hungarian and Norwegian and rates the service as average. The verification and payments teams work fixed hours, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3), which explains why many complaints mention weekend delays. There is no telephone line in the published contact details. When you contact support about a payout, give your username, the transaction ID and the date of the request so the payments team can trace it without a second round of questions.

Complaints and reputation

On 7 October 2026 AskGamblers listed 15 complaints about The Slotz, and its summary counts 14 of them as successfully resolved. Nearly every one concerned a withdrawal that took longer than the advertised 24 hours:

  • a player waiting for EUR 1,963 since 23 February 2026, filed as “Waiting on withdrawals for more then 6 months”;
  • a EUR 500 payout requested in December 2025 and still pending weeks later;
  • two EUR 500 withdrawals made on 5 April 2026, of which one was paid on 14 April and the other was still waiting on 22 April;
  • a EUR 440 withdrawal pending for six days in April 2026, and a EUR 500 payout delayed for 17 days in March;
  • an account closed after a EUR 100 deposit, with the refund still outstanding three weeks later;
  • a HUF 104,090 balance blocked by conflicting deposit-limit instructions from support.

Casino Guru gives The Slotz a Safety Index of 7.4, records no relevant complaints in its own resolution centre and finds it on no blacklist. Our earlier version of this review mentioned an ignored self-exclusion request and a EUR 4,230 confiscation; we could not find those cases in the current AskGamblers or Casino Guru records, so they have been removed. Even so, around 15 payout complaints in about 18 months of trading is a clear pattern for a site of its size.

How to complain if something goes wrong

  1. Contact live chat, then email [email protected] with your username, the transaction ID, dates and amounts. Keep screenshots.
  2. If the reply does not solve it, file a complaint through the Anjouan licence seal. The operator has 30 days to respond, and disputes about a game outcome must be raised within 14 days.
  3. If that fails, the case can go to an alternative dispute resolution provider paid by the operator.
  4. Independent mediation sites such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru also accept complaints, and in the cases above they got the casino to respond.

Responsible gambling tools

Self-exclusion is requested by email to support for a period between six months and five years and cannot be reversed early; the site also offers a time-out option in the account area. The responsible gaming page links to a BeGambleAware self-test. National schemes such as GAMSTOP, Cruks, Spelpaus and ROFUS do not apply to The Slotz, and Casino Guru describes its responsible gaming options as limited. If you need a dependable block, use your national scheme together with a licensed casino, and see our responsible gambling page.

Can you play at The Slotz from your country?

  • United Kingdom: the UK is not on the restricted list, but The Slotz has no UK Gambling Commission licence. Under the Gambling Act 2005 only UKGC-licensed operators may offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC sites. The Slotz is not a site for UK residents.
  • United States and Ontario: excluded in the terms.
  • Netherlands: not on the restricted list, but only casinos licensed by the Kansspelautoriteit may offer online gambling to Dutch players. See our iDEAL casinos page for KSA-licensed options.
  • Sweden: not on the list, but The Slotz has no licence from Spelinspektionen, Spelpaus does not apply, and winnings from a casino licensed outside the EEA are taxable at 30% of net winnings per operator and year. Read casinos without a Swedish licence first.
  • Everywhere else: check clause 2.7 and your own country’s law before depositing.

Two groups should avoid The Slotz wherever they live: anyone who has self-excluded elsewhere, because no national scheme reaches this site, and high-stakes players, because of the EUR 2,000 daily payout cap and the instalment rule.

The Slotz and its sister sites

The Anjouan register lists nine domains under the same licence. The Slotz and AllSpins share most of the wording of their terms, the same KYC hours and the same withdrawal structure, but differ in detail:

Item The Slotz AllSpins
Named operator Round Square Limited (Belize) Fortuna Games N.V. (per Casino Guru)
Licences Anjouan only Curaçao (CGA) plus Anjouan
Welcome wagering 30x bonus, bonus-money bets only 25x deposit + bonus
Max withdrawal per day EUR 2,000 EUR 3,000
Restricted list 30 entries; UK not listed 60+ entries incl. UK, France, Spain
AskGamblers complaints 15 listed, 14 resolved 7, all resolved
Casino Guru Safety Index 7.4 8.6

Our AllSpins review covers the larger sister brand in detail.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Welcome wagering of 30 times the bonus, lower than many offshore sites
  • Large slot lobby from well-known studios, plus live casino and sports
  • Daily cashback up to 30% paid as real money with 1x wagering
  • Crypto deposits and withdrawals
  • 14 of 15 AskGamblers complaints marked resolved

Cons

  • Anjouan licence only, due to expire on 17 October 2026
  • Footer licence number contains a typo, and the named operator differs from the licence holder
  • Runs on a numbered mirror domain
  • Bonus wagering counts only bonus-money bets; 10-day window; EUR 5 maximum bet
  • EUR 2,000 daily payout cap and repeated complaints about slow withdrawals
  • Seven days to send KYC documents, plus possible video verification
  • Self-exclusion only by email; no national scheme applies

Who The Slotz is not for

  • Players in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden and other regulated markets, where The Slotz holds no licence.
  • Residents of the USA, Ontario and the other places on the clause 2.7 list.
  • Anyone who has self-excluded through GAMSTOP, Cruks, Spelpaus or ROFUS: none of them reaches this site.
  • High-stakes players, because of the EUR 2,000 daily payout cap and the instalment rule above EUR 10,000.
  • Anyone who wants to deposit before the licence position after 17 October 2026 is clear.

Our score: 2.6 out of 5

We apply the weighted method from our how we rate casinos page: six criteria marked 1 to 5, multiplied by their weights and added up. The licence criterion carries 30% of the result, and here it is the weakest part.

Criterion Mark Weight Points Why
Licence for your country 1.5 0.30 0.45 Anjouan only, expiring 17 October 2026; footer typo; operator and licence holder differ; mirror domain not on the licence
Payments and withdrawals 3.0 0.20 0.60 Cards, e-wallets and crypto; EUR 2,000 a day, instalments above EUR 10,000, 7-day KYC deadline
Bonus terms 3.0 0.15 0.45 30x bonus, but only bonus-money bets count, 10-day window, 10x cashout cap; cashback is fair
Games 4.0 0.15 0.60 Large lobby from major studios, live casino and sportsbook
Player protection 2.0 0.10 0.20 Self-exclusion by email, a time-out; no national scheme applies
Support and usability 3.0 0.10 0.30 24/7 chat per Casino Guru, but fixed back-office hours and a pattern of slow payout replies

Verdict

The Slotz offers a large slot library, a moderate wagering multiple and a fair cashback scheme, but those positives sit on top of a weak licence that is about to lapse, a mirror domain, a payout cap of EUR 2,000 a day and a steady stream of withdrawal complaints. We do not list it, we do not link to it, and it is not a casino for players in regulated markets. If you are choosing an offshore casino anyway, the better-licensed sister site AllSpins or the operators in our casino reviews index are stronger choices.

Frequently asked questions

Is The Slotz Casino licensed?

Only in Anjouan. The Anjouan register lists theslotz.com under licence ALSI-202410052-FI2, held by 3-102-961604 SRL, issued on 18 October 2024 and expiring on 17 October 2026. The Slotz has no licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission or any other national regulator.

Who owns The Slotz?

The site’s own footer text says TheSlotz.com is owned and operated by Round Square Limited, registered under number 000043257 at 123 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize. The Anjouan licence itself is held by a different company, 3-102-961604 SRL.

What is The Slotz welcome bonus?

Up to EUR 2,500 and 375 free spins over four deposits: 100% up to EUR 800 plus 300 spins on the first, 150% up to EUR 600 on the second and third (200% from EUR 50), and 125% up to EUR 500 on the fourth (plus 75 spins from EUR 50). Each bonus must be wagered 30 times within 10 days, with a EUR 5 maximum bet and a cashout cap of 10 times the bonus.

How much can I withdraw from The Slotz?

The terms set a minimum of EUR 20 and maximums of EUR 2,000 per transaction and per day, EUR 10,000 per week and EUR 30,000 per month, depending on VIP level. Wins above EUR 10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to EUR 10,000. Casino Guru records lower weekly and monthly limits of EUR 5,000 and EUR 10,000.

How long do withdrawals take at The Slotz?

The terms say requests are reviewed daily from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3) and processed within 24 hours after verification, but weekends and bank holidays can add time. Most of the complaints on AskGamblers concern payouts that took days or weeks longer than that.

Which countries are restricted at The Slotz?

Clause 2.7 of the terms lists Ontario, the USA, Ukraine, Belize, Anjouan, Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, the Dutch West Indies, Singapore, Moldova, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, Israel, Romania, Myanmar, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia and Libya. The UK, the Netherlands and Sweden are not on the list, but The Slotz has no licence in any of them.

Is The Slotz safe for UK, Dutch or Swedish players?

No. Only UKGC-licensed operators may offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP does not cover The Slotz. Dutch players are only protected at KSA-licensed casinos. Swedish players lose Spelpaus protection at unlicensed sites, and winnings from a casino outside the EEA are taxed at 30% of net winnings per operator and year.

Why is The Slotz not on 99casinos’ toplists?

We took it off our lists because its only licence, Anjouan ALSI-202410052-FI2, is due to expire on 17 October 2026. We will review that decision once the Anjouan register shows a renewal.
