The online casino reviews on 99casinos are built around the questions that decide whether you get paid: who licenses the casino, what the bonus terms really demand, how much you can withdraw, and what happens when something goes wrong. Below are the casinos we currently rate highest for international players, led by four Malta Gaming Authority licensees, each with its licence number, its key bonus terms and a link to the full review. If you live in a country that licenses casinos itself, such as the UK, the Netherlands or Sweden, read the country notes further down before you sign up anywhere.

Offers and terms were checked against each operator’s own pages on 6 and 7 October 2026 and can change without notice; the casino’s terms always win over our summary. Every casino on this list excludes some countries. 18+ only, and please gamble responsibly.
UK players: read this first
Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) may offer gambling to people in Great Britain: that is the effect of the Gambling Act 2005, as extended to overseas operators by the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014. None of the casinos in our toplist holds a UKGC licence, and none of them is aimed at UK residents. GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme, only covers UKGC-licensed sites, so it would not stop you playing at an offshore casino. UK players should choose a UKGC licensee; you can check any operator on the Commission’s public register. We have no commercial deal with UKGC brands, so we do not link to them from this list.
How we rate online casinos
Our reviews are desk research, and we say so plainly. For each casino we read the operator’s general terms, bonus terms and payments page, look the licence up in the regulator’s own register, check enforcement lists in markets such as the Netherlands and Sweden, and record the complaint history on independent dispute sites. We do not claim test deposits, play sessions or withdrawal timings that did not happen. Where a fact could not be confirmed from a primary source, the review says so instead of guessing.
Each casino ends up with a rating from 1 to 5, using the method published on our how we rate casinos page: six criteria, each marked 1 to 5, weighted and added up, then rounded to one decimal place. Licence carries the most weight because it decides where you can turn if a casino will not pay.
| Criterion | Weight | What we check |
|---|---|---|
| Licence for your country | 30% | Regulator, licence number and status in the public register, the company that holds it, and any fines or bans in any market |
| Payments and withdrawals | 20% | Deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum withdrawal, daily and monthly caps, stated processing time, fees |
| Bonus terms | 15% | Wagering multiple and base (bonus only or deposit plus bonus), game contribution, maximum stake, expiry, cap on winnings |
| Games | 15% | Range and approved suppliers, live tables, sportsbook, whether RTP figures are published |
| Player protection | 10% | Deposit, loss and time limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion |
| Support and usability | 10% | Support hours and channels, clarity of terms, how the site works on a phone |
This is how the six casinos in our current list score, criterion by criterion:
| Casino | Licence (30%) | Payments (20%) | Bonus (15%) | Games (15%) | Protection (10%) | Support (10%) | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slot Pony | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 4 | 3.5 |
| Quickz | 3.5 | 3.5 | 2.5 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 4 | 3.4 |
| Spin Sweet | 3.5 | 3.5 | 2.5 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3.4 |
| Taste Vegas | 3.5 | 3.5 | 2.5 | 3 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3.3 |
| Slotshammer | 3 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 4 | 3 | 4 | 3.4 |
| Winz.io | 2 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 4 | 3.3 |
A few of those marks need explaining. No casino on the list gets top marks for licence, because none of them is licensed in the UK, the Netherlands or the US: an MGA licence earns 3.5, and Winz.io’s offshore Tobique licence earns 2. Slotshammer’s licence mark is lower than its MGA peers’ at 3, because the Dutch regulator sanctioned its licence holder, L.C.S Limited, over sister sites on the same licence. On bonus terms, Slot Pony leads the partner brands with 35x wagering on its first bonus and 30x on the next two, while Taste Vegas, Quickz and Spin Sweet start at 40x to 45x within 48 hours. Winz.io has the best bonus mark because its welcome wheel is wager-free, and Slotshammer follows because it allows 30 days per stage. Quickz is the newest of the six (its MGA licence was issued in January 2026), so its short complaint record is treated as unproven rather than clean. Each casino’s full review shows the reasoning behind every mark. How we separate commercial deals from ratings, and how we correct mistakes, is set out in our editorial policy.
We are an affiliate site. When you sign up through one of our links, the casino may pay us a commission, and our partner brands appear first on this list. That never changes a licence number, a wagering figure or a score above; it is also why every partner entry carries its restrictions in full.
What every 99casinos review covers
A score is only useful if you can see what sits behind it. Each full review on the site follows the same structure, so you can compare two casinos section by section rather than trusting a single number.
Licence and company
We name the company that holds the licence, its registration number and country, and the licence number with a link to the regulator’s register. Where one company runs several brands, we list the sister sites too: Slot Pony and Spin Sweet, for example, share Elmst Limited’s MGA licence with brands such as Slot Mojo, Reblz and Rich Moose. That matters because a ban or fine usually hits the company, and with it every brand on the licence.
Bonuses and promotions
Every review breaks the welcome offer down deposit by deposit, with the wagering multiple, the base it applies to, the time limit, the maximum bet and any cap on winnings. We also note what the headline hides: which payment methods are excluded, which games do not count, and whether you have to opt in to marketing to claim it.
Games
For MGA casinos, the regulator’s register lists the game suppliers each licensee is approved to use, and we quote that list rather than counting logos in the lobby. Reviews also say whether there is a live casino and a sportsbook, and whether RTP figures are visible in the game information screens.
Payment methods
Deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum and maximum amounts, processing times as the casino states them, fees, and the point at which identity checks become mandatory all go into this section.
Customer support
Reviews record the support channels, opening hours, languages and contact addresses. All four of our MGA partners offer 24/7 live chat and email support; Quickz also supports Finnish.
Legality and reputation
Finally, each review sets out which countries the casino excludes, any regulator action against the operator, and the complaint record on independent dispute sites, including how the casino responded. A casino with one rejected complaint is not in the same place as one with a pattern of unpaid winnings.

Licences explained: what each regulator means for you
A licence tells you two things: which rules the casino has to follow, and where you can turn if it refuses to pay. The second point matters more than most players realise, because several regulators no longer handle individual player complaints at all. Here is how the licences you will meet most often compare.
| Regulator | Who it covers | If you have a complaint |
|---|---|---|
| UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) | Anyone offering gambling to consumers in Great Britain | Complain to the operator; after 8 weeks without a resolution (or earlier on a final response) you can go to the operator’s approved ADR provider |
| Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) | EU hub licence used by many international casinos | The MGA’s Player Support Unit stopped ruling on individual disputes on 1 April 2019; use the operator’s approved ADR body (eCOGRA for our MGA partners) |
| Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), Netherlands | Casinos serving Dutch players since 1 October 2021 | The KSA supervises but does not decide private disputes; licensees must be affiliated with the Geschillencommissie Kansspelen op afstand |
| Spelinspektionen, Sweden | Casinos serving Swedish players since 1 January 2019 | Spelinspektionen does not resolve individual disputes; Swedish consumers can take a dispute to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) or to court |
| Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA) | Estonian gambling licences | The Consumer Disputes Committee is only for residents of Estonia; casino age limit is 21 |
| Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) | Licences issued under the LOK law in force since 24 December 2024 | The CGA does not mediate individual disputes: complain to the casino first, then to one of the seven CGA-certified ADR bodies (list dated 31 August 2026) |
| Anjouan | Offshore licence common among newer casinos | The authority does not handle complaints: file through the site’s seal, the operator has 30 days (game-outcome disputes within 14 days), then operator-paid ADR |
| Tobique Gaming Commission | Offshore e-gaming licences, for example Winz.io (no. 0000002) | Start with the operator’s own complaint procedure and keep written records; check the dispute route named in the casino’s terms |
| Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) | Founded 10 June 1996; online licensing since 8 July 1999 | The KGC accepts written player complaints through its dispute resolution process, filed at least 7 days and no later than 6 months after the matter arose |
UK Gambling Commission
The UKGC is the strictest regulator most international players will come across. Its licensees must run affordability and identity checks, belong to GAMSTOP, show clear terms and use an approved ADR provider. Since 19 January 2026 UKGC licensees may not set bonus wagering requirements above 10x. Online slots are also limited to stakes of GBP 5 per spin for adults aged 25 and over (from 9 April 2025) and GBP 2 for 18 to 24-year-olds (from 21 May 2025). Those protections only apply at UKGC-licensed sites, which is the main reason we tell UK readers to stay with them.
Malta Gaming Authority
Malta is the EU’s main hub for online gambling licences, and four of the six casinos on our list hold an MGA B2C licence. You can look every one of them up: Slot Pony and Spin Sweet run under MGA/B2C/1055/2024 (Elmst Limited), Taste Vegas under MGA/B2C/1072/2024 (Elvel Limited), Quickz under MGA/B2C/1118/2025 (Ludaro Limited) and Slotshammer under MGA/B2C/233/2013 (L.C.S Limited). An MGA licence is valid in Malta and is used to serve other markets that do not require a local licence. It does not override national licensing systems.
Kansspelautoriteit (Netherlands)
Dutch law has allowed licensed online casinos since 1 October 2021, and only KSA licensees may serve players in the Netherlands. The KSA fines offshore operators that serve Dutch players without a licence, and those fines run into millions of euros. Licensed sites are connected to Cruks, the national self-exclusion register. Our iDEAL casinos page lists KSA-licensed options only.
Spelinspektionen (Sweden)
Sweden has required a Spelinspektionen licence for anyone offering gambling to Swedes since 1 January 2019. An EU licence does not give a right to target Sweden: Spelinspektionen banned the Malta-based Claymore Malta on 8 January 2026. Licensed sites are part of Spelpaus, the national self-exclusion scheme, which does not apply at unlicensed casinos. Read casinos without a Swedish licence before you play outside the Swedish system.
Curaçao Gaming Authority
Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, LOK) took effect on 24 December 2024 and replaced the old master-licence and sublicence model. Licences are now issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which publishes a register showing valid, expired and revoked licences. In September 2026 the CGA confirmed unauthorised access to its portal on 17 and 22 September; the portal was still offline on 2 October 2026, and the CGA says existing licences remain valid. For players, the key point is complaints: the CGA does not mediate individual disputes, so the route is the casino first and then one of its seven certified ADR bodies.
Anjouan, Tobique and Kahnawake
These three licences are common among crypto-friendly and newly launched casinos. Anjouan licences are checked by the seal ID on the casino’s site (a bare-domain lookup always shows “invalid”), and the authority leaves complaints to the operator and an operator-paid ADR body. Tobique is a Canadian First Nation commission that issues e-gaming licences to offshore operators such as Novatrix SRL, the company behind Winz.io. Kahnawake, near Montreal, has the longest track record of the three and runs its own dispute resolution for permit holders. Treat all three as a minimum standard: they confirm the operator exists and has rules to follow, but the casino’s own record matters more.
One rule applies to every licence on this list. A licence protects you only where it applies, and it never makes a casino legal in a country that requires its own licence. Our guide to legal online casinos shows how to look a licence up in each register.

Bonus terms explained, with a worked example
The headline number on a casino bonus tells you very little. What decides its value is the small print, and almost every bonus at an offshore casino has the same six moving parts.
- Wagering multiple and base. “35x deposit + bonus” means far more betting than “35x bonus”. Always check which base applies.
- Time limit. All four of our MGA partners give you 48 hours to complete wagering on a deposit-match bonus; Slotshammer gives 30 days.
- Maximum bet. Usually EUR 5 per spin while a bonus is active. Breaking it can void your winnings.
- Cap on winnings. Slot Pony and Spin Sweet limit what a bonus can convert into real money to 5 times the bonus amount.
- Game weighting. Slots normally count 100%. At our MGA partners, live casino and RNG table games do not count towards wagering; at Slotshammer, table games count 20% and live casino is excluded.
- Excluded payment methods. Spin Sweet states that Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard deposits do not qualify for its bonus, and its sister brands apply the same rule.
Worked example: a EUR 100 first deposit at Slot Pony
Slot Pony matches the first deposit 100% up to EUR 500 with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Here is what that means in money:
- You deposit EUR 100 and receive a EUR 100 bonus, so your playing balance is EUR 200.
- Wagering is 35 x EUR 200 = EUR 7,000 in bets.
- With a EUR 5 maximum bet, that takes at least 1,400 spins, and the bonus terms give you 48 hours.
- On a slot that returns 96% to players over the long run, the expected cost of EUR 7,000 in bets is 4% of it, or EUR 280. That is more than the EUR 200 you started with, so on average the balance runs out before wagering is complete.
- If you do finish, the most the bonus can turn into is 5 x EUR 100 = EUR 500.
None of that makes the bonus worthless; variance means some players finish ahead. But the maths shows why we rate bonus terms on the multiple and the time limit rather than the headline amount. For comparison, a UKGC casino today can ask for no more than 10x. Under that cap a GBP 100 bonus needs at most GBP 1,000 in bets.
Free spins and wager-free rewards
Free spins are worth what their spin value and winnings rules say. At Slot Pony, Taste Vegas, Quickz and Spin Sweet the free spins have no wagering, are worth EUR 0.10 each and are capped at EUR 1,000 of winnings per stage. Winz.io takes the same idea further: its Wheel of Winz welcome reward is entirely wager-free, but you do not know in advance whether you will win free spins or a cash prize. Slotshammer’s free spins, by contrast, pay winnings that must be wagered 30 times. Compare more offers on our welcome bonuses, free spins bonuses and no deposit bonuses pages.

Bonus types at a glance
| Bonus type | How it works | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit match | The casino adds a percentage of your deposit as bonus money, often over several deposits | Wagering base and multiple, time limit, cap on winnings |
| Free spins | A set number of spins on named slots at a fixed spin value | Spin value, eligible games, whether winnings are wagered or paid as cash |
| No deposit bonus | A small bonus or a few spins for registering, before you pay anything in | Usually high wagering and a low cap on what you can withdraw |
| Cashback | A share of net losses returned, daily or weekly | Whether it is paid as cash or as bonus money with wagering |
| Reload bonus | A deposit match for existing players | The same terms as a welcome match, often with a lower percentage |
| High roller bonus | Larger match amounts for bigger deposits | Withdrawal caps, which can matter more than the bonus at that level |
Quickz is the cashback example on our list: its welcome package includes up to 20% weekly cashback alongside the deposit stages. Whatever the type, you can always decline a bonus. Playing with your own money only means no wagering, no maximum bet and nothing standing between you and a withdrawal.
Payment methods at online casinos
How you deposit decides how you get paid, how fast, and sometimes whether you can claim a bonus at all. Most casinos send withdrawals back to the method you deposited with, so choose it with the payout in mind. This is how the main options compare at the casinos we list:
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Points to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard debit | Instant | Usually 1 to 5 banking days after approval | Accepted by all four MGA partners; some banks block payments to offshore gambling sites |
| Apple Pay | Instant | Paid out to the linked card or another method | Offered by Slot Pony, Taste Vegas, Quickz and Spin Sweet |
| Instant bank transfer | Instant | Same working day at our MGA partners, per their payments pages | Provider is not named on the partner sites; availability depends on your country |
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity) | Instant | Usually within 24 hours of approval | Jeton is on all four partner cashiers; Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard deposits do not qualify for their bonuses |
| Revolut | Instant | Varies | Listed by Slot Pony and Spin Sweet |
| Paysafecard and AstroPay | Instant | Paysafecard vouchers cannot receive payouts | Useful for budgeting, but you need a second method to cash out |
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC) | After network confirmations | Often within an hour after approval | Winz.io accepts crypto; price risk unless you use a stablecoin |
Two names from older casino guides are gone. Entropay, the virtual card many sites recommended, closed on 1 July 2019, and ecoPayz now trades as Payz after a rebrand in 2023. Our payment methods hub covers every option, from cards and e-wallets to bank transfers, and our Bitcoin casinos page explains wallets, network fees and the risks of paying in crypto.

Withdrawal speeds and limits
A fast payout has four stages, and the casino controls only some of them. First the withdrawal sits as pending, often for up to 24 hours, so the casino can review it. Then comes verification: if you have not yet sent your ID and proof of address, nothing moves until you do. Third, the casino processes the payment. Finally your bank, wallet or the blockchain delivers it.
Our MGA partners publish clear numbers. Slot Pony, Taste Vegas, Quickz and Spin Sweet all set a EUR 20 minimum withdrawal and limits of EUR 5,000 per rolling 24 hours and EUR 20,000 per rolling 30 days. Their terms say withdrawals are processed within 72 hours once KYC is complete; their payments pages add that instant bank transfers are often paid the same working day and other methods within about two working days. Deposits must be wagered once before they can be withdrawn, and asking for an unplayed deposit back costs a 5% fee (minimum EUR 10). Quickz makes identity checks mandatory at the latest once your deposits reach EUR 2,000.
Those caps matter if you win big. A EUR 50,000 win paid at EUR 20,000 per 30 days takes three months to reach your account. Check the limits before you play, not after you win.
How to get paid faster
- Upload your ID and proof of address right after you register, not when you first withdraw.
- Withdraw to the same method you deposited with.
- Finish or cancel any active bonus before asking for a payout.
- Prefer e-wallets, instant bank transfer or crypto over cards and wire transfers.
- Avoid weekend requests at casinos that only process payouts on working days.
Our fast payout casinos page compares processing times in more detail. Pay-and-play sign-up through your bank, without a separate account, is mainly offered in Nordic markets.
Identity checks (KYC): what casinos ask for and when
Licensed casinos must know who their customers are, both to stop under-age gambling and to meet anti-money-laundering rules. Expect three kinds of request:
- Proof of identity: a passport, national ID card or driving licence, clear and in date.
- Proof of address: a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name, usually no older than three months.
- Proof of payment method: a photo of the card with the middle digits covered, or a screenshot of the e-wallet account.
Larger players can also be asked for source of funds, such as payslips or bank statements, once deposits pass a threshold. Our MGA partners say ID and proof of address may be requested at deposit or before a withdrawal, with documents sent to a dedicated KYC address or uploaded in the account. Use the casino’s secure upload when one exists. A casino that asks for documents over a messaging app, or that only starts asking after you win, is a reason for caution.
Verification is also where most payout delays come from. Blurry photos, a name that does not match the payment account, or an address that differs from the one on your profile all reset the clock. Getting it done on the day you register is the single easiest way to speed up your first withdrawal.
Playing on mobile
Every casino on our list runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android, so there is nothing to install. That is normal for international casinos: Apple and Google only allow real-money gambling apps from operators licensed in the markets where the app is offered, so offshore casinos rarely have one in the app stores. Be careful with “casino apps” offered as direct downloads from unofficial sites. A home-screen shortcut to the casino’s web address gives you the same experience without the risk.
Crypto casinos: what changes
Crypto casinos accept deposits in coins such as Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and stablecoins like USDT and USDC. The attractions are speed once a withdrawal is approved, and no bank in the middle that might block a gambling payment. The downsides are just as real. Coin prices move, so a win in Bitcoin can be worth less by the time you sell it; stablecoins avoid most of that. Payments sent to the wrong address or network cannot be reversed. Most crypto-first casinos also hold offshore licences with limited complaint routes. Winz.io is the only casino on our current list built around crypto as well as fiat payments.
Casino game types and what they pay back
Return to player (RTP) is the share of all stakes a game pays back over a very large number of rounds; the rest is the house edge. It says nothing about a single session, but it is the fairest way to compare games. Older versions of this site called it “the percentage of winnings”, which is not the same thing.
| Game | Typical return to player | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Video slots | Mostly about 94% to 97% | Many popular slots exist in several RTP versions and the casino chooses which to offer; check the game’s info screen |
| Progressive jackpot slots | Often lower base RTP | Part of every stake feeds the jackpot |
| Blackjack | About 99.5% with basic strategy | Depends on the rules: number of decks, dealer standing on soft 17, blackjack paying 3:2 |
| European roulette | 97.30% | Single zero, house edge 2.70% |
| American roulette | 94.74% | Double zero, house edge 5.26% |
| Baccarat | Banker 98.94%, Player 98.76% | The Tie bet at 8:1 has a house edge above 14% |
| Video poker (Jacks or Better 9/6) | 99.54% with perfect strategy | Paytables vary; 8/5 versions pay less |
Live dealer games stream real tables from studios run by suppliers such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, and all four of our MGA partners offer a live casino. Remember that live and table games do not count towards bonus wagering at those casinos. For rules and strategy, see our guides to slots and blackjack, the live dealer casinos page and our gaming software hub, which covers studios such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Evolution and NetEnt (part of Evolution).

Customer support: what good looks like
Support is where a casino shows how it treats players once the deposit has gone in. Good support answers a specific question, such as “what is the monthly withdrawal limit for my account?”, in plain words and within minutes on live chat. It also confirms in writing anything that affects your money. Poor support pastes a generic reply, sends you back to the terms without naming the clause, or goes quiet when a withdrawal is pending. Before depositing anywhere new, ask one real question on live chat and judge the answer. Keep a copy of chats about bonuses and withdrawals; if a dispute reaches an ADR body, written evidence is what counts. Our listed MGA partners all run 24/7 live chat with English-language support and publish separate email addresses for general questions and identity documents.
Online casino reviews by category
This page is the starting point. Each of the guides below narrows the field to one question and lists the casinos that answer it best:
- Best online casinos: our ranked comparison with a mini review of every listed casino and a side-by-side terms table.
- All casino reviews: the full archive, including closed and blacklisted brands so you can check a name you have seen elsewhere.
- New casinos: recently launched sites, with the licence history to check before you trust a new brand.
- Safe casinos: how to judge security, licensing and complaint handling.
- Mobile-friendly casinos: casinos that work well in a phone browser; every casino on our list runs without an app.
- Live dealer casinos: real tables streamed from studios.
- High roller bonuses: offers for bigger deposits and what the withdrawal caps mean at that level.
Checking a casino licence yourself in five minutes
You do not need to trust our table, or anyone else’s. A licence check takes a few minutes and uses only public registers.
- Find the licence details in the footer or the general terms: the regulator, the licence number and the name of the company that holds it.
- Open the regulator’s site directly by typing its address, rather than clicking the seal in the footer. Seals can be copied.
- Search the register by licence number or company name. For the MGA, the entry should show the status and the approved domains; for Curaçao, use the CGA register at cga.cw.
- Match the domain. The casino’s web address should appear under that licence. A valid licence for a different domain does not cover the site you are on.
- Check the enforcement pages of the regulators that publish them, such as the Kansspelautoriteit and Spelinspektionen, for the company name, not just the brand.
If any step fails, do not deposit. A casino that is genuinely licensed makes this check easy.
Red flags: when to walk away
Most bad experiences at online casinos are visible in advance. These are the warning signs we mark a casino down for, or remove it over:
- No licence number, or a number that does not appear in the regulator’s register under the casino’s own domain.
- Regulator action in a major market, such as a KSA fine or a Spelinspektionen ban against the operator or its group.
- A licence close to expiry with no renewal on record.
- Vague confiscation clauses that let the casino void winnings for “irregular play” without defining it.
- Bonus maths that cannot work: very large match percentages paired with 50x wagering, short time limits and low caps on winnings.
- Low withdrawal caps hidden in the general terms rather than shown in the cashier.
- Frequent domain changes and mirror sites, often a sign the operator is dodging blocks or bans.
- Self-exclusion that does not work: complaints about accounts reopened or deposits taken after a player excluded themselves.
- Documents requested by email or messaging apps instead of a secure upload in your account.
Spot two or more of these at the same casino and it is time to walk away, whatever the bonus says.
Casinos we no longer recommend
Our list changes when the facts change, and we would rather show fewer casinos than keep one we cannot stand behind. These are the main changes since the last version of this page:
- The Slotz: taken off our lists because its Anjouan licence is due to expire on 17 October 2026. There will be no link to it until a renewal is on record.
- AllSpins and Wintopia: moved out of the ranked list. Both are run by Fortuna Games N.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, but we could not read their current terms and restricted-country lists on the operators’ own sites in October 2026, so we cannot confirm who they accept and on what terms. Their reviews stay online with that caveat.
- Older listings: brands from earlier versions of this page that we could not verify as open, licensed and accepting international players have been removed rather than left in place. Casinos marked Closed in our archive are never linked.
Playing from a regulated country
Online gambling law is national, and the list above is not a substitute for a local licence. If your country licenses casinos itself, use a casino it licenses: that is the only way to get local self-exclusion, local complaint routes and, in some countries, tax-free winnings.
- United Kingdom: UKGC licence required; GAMSTOP covers all licensed sites; none of the casinos on our list is aimed at UK residents.
- Netherlands: KSA licence required; Cruks self-exclusion.
- Sweden: Spelinspektionen licence required; Spelpaus self-exclusion; winnings from casinos outside the EEA are taxed at 30% of net winnings per operator and year. See casinos without a Swedish licence.
- Denmark: Spillemyndigheden licence required; ROFUS self-exclusion. See casinos without a Danish licence.
- United States: real-money online casinos are legal only in a small number of states, and only state-licensed operators may serve players there. None of the casinos on our list accepts US players.
- Finland: none of our MGA partner offers is available to players in Finland.
How to choose an online casino in six steps
- Check the licence number in the regulator’s register, not just the logo in the footer.
- Confirm your country is accepted. Registering from an excluded country can void your winnings.
- Read the bonus terms before you opt in: multiple and base, time limit, maximum bet and cap on winnings. You can always play without a bonus.
- Look at the withdrawal limits and the documents you will need, and upload them early.
- Test support with a specific question, for example about withdrawal caps, before you deposit.
- Set your limits: a deposit limit and a session reminder before the first deposit.
How we keep these reviews current
Casino terms change often, sometimes weekly. We recheck the licence status and the welcome offer of every listed casino each time we update this page, and the “Updated” date at the top shows the last time that happened. A casino comes off the list when its licence lapses or is about to without a renewal, when a regulator bans it or its group from a market we write for, or when we can no longer confirm from its own pages that it is open and what it offers. Fines and other regulator action against the operator or its group lower its licence mark. Reviews of removed casinos stay online with a clear status, because players search for those names and deserve an answer.
Every page names its author and the colleague who reviewed it, and lists the sources used: regulator registers, operator terms and official guidance. If you spot an error, or a casino changes its terms before we do, tell us through the contact page and we will check it against the operator’s current terms.
Safer gambling tools and helplines by country
Gambling should be entertainment you can afford, not a way to make money. Every casino on our list offers deposit limits, session limits, reality checks and self-exclusion; at our MGA partners, lowering a limit takes effect immediately and raising one takes 24 hours. Self-exclusion at an offshore casino covers that site (and sometimes its sister sites) only. National schemes such as GAMSTOP, Cruks, Spelpaus and ROFUS cover licensed operators in those countries, not offshore ones.

Frequently asked questions
Which online casino reviews can I trust?
Trust reviews that show their working: the licence number and regulator, the exact bonus terms, withdrawal limits and the date the terms were checked. Be wary of sites that never mark a casino down, never remove one, or claim test deposits they cannot show. Our reviews are desk research of operator terms and regulator registers, and we say so.
How does 99casinos rate online casinos?
Every casino gets a rating from 1 to 5 built from six weighted criteria, published on our how we rate casinos page: licence for your country 30%, payments and withdrawals 20%, bonus terms 15%, games 15%, player protection 10%, and support and usability 10%. The table on this page shows the marks behind each listed casino’s rating.
Are the casinos on this page available in the UK?
No. None of the casinos in our list holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, and only UKGC licensees may offer gambling to people in Great Britain. UK residents should use a UKGC-licensed casino, which is also covered by GAMSTOP self-exclusion.
What is a wagering requirement?
It is the amount you must bet before bonus money, and sometimes your deposit, can be withdrawn. At 35x deposit plus bonus, a EUR 100 deposit with a EUR 100 bonus means EUR 7,000 in bets. UKGC licensees may not set wagering above 10x since 19 January 2026.
Which online casinos pay out fastest?
Speed depends on verification and the payment method more than the brand. Our MGA-licensed partners say withdrawals are processed within 72 hours once KYC is complete, with instant bank transfers often paid the same working day. Crypto is usually quickest after approval at casinos that support it.
How do I complain about an online casino?
Complain to the casino in writing first and keep copies. If that fails, use the dispute route of its regulator: an approved ADR body for UKGC and MGA casinos (MGA partners on our list use eCOGRA), a CGA-certified ADR body for Curaçao, or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s own dispute officer for KGC permit holders.
Is a Malta (MGA) licence better than a Curacao licence?
In practice, yes. The MGA is an EU regulator that requires approved alternative dispute resolution and supervises game suppliers, while Curaçao’s CGA has licensed operators directly only since the LOK law took effect on 24 December 2024 and does not mediate individual disputes. Neither licence makes a casino legal in the UK, the Netherlands or Sweden.
Do online casinos accept players from the United States?
None of the casinos on our list accepts US players. Real-money online casinos are legal only in a handful of US states, and only operators licensed by those states may serve players there.
