This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use 99casinos.com, why, for how long and what your rights are. It was last revised in October 2026 and replaces earlier versions, including the separate cookie policy. The short version: the site has no accounts, no newsletter and no tracking scripts, and personal data is processed in three situations only.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is the operator of this website. Questions and requests: [email protected], with “Privacy” in the subject line.
2. At a glance
| Situation | Data | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| You open a page | IP address, time, page, referrer, browser | Running and securing the site | 14 days |
| You follow a /go/ link | Click time, IP address, browser, page, campaign code | Attributing commission | Up to 24 months |
| You email us | Email address, message | Replying, acting on corrections | Up to 24 months after the last exchange |
3. When you visit a page
Our web server logs your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. The site loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts.
4. When you follow a link to an operator
Buttons that lead to casinos use addresses on our site beginning /go/. They pass through our click-tracking server, which records the click (time, IP address, browser, the page you came from and a campaign code) and forwards you to the operator with a reference, so that a registration can be credited to us. Once you arrive, the operator’s own privacy and cookie policies apply. Operators report results to us in aggregate; they do not send us your name or account details.
5. When you email us
We keep your email address and message to reply and to act on what you tell us, for example a correction. They are deleted once no longer needed and at the latest 24 months after our last exchange.
6. Legal basis
All three activities rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR: running a secure website, earning affiliate commission and answering correspondence. We do not sell personal data, profile visitors or make automated decisions about anyone.
7. Cookies
99casinos.com sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may set strictly necessary cookies such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance to tell people from automated traffic when its security features are triggered. These need no consent because they are essential to the service. Operators you visit through our links set their own cookies under their own policies.
8. Service providers and transfers
- Hosting: the website runs on a DigitalOcean server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- Delivery and security: Cloudflare, Inc., based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Operators: receive the click reference described in section 4.
9. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We reply within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in the EU, the authority of the country where you live, work or think the breach took place (Article 77 GDPR); in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. Age
The site is meant for adults aged 18 or over and does not knowingly process children’s data.
11. Changes
Changes will be published on this page with a new revision date. See also our terms and conditions, editorial policy, about page and contact page. If gambling worries you, our responsible gambling page lists free help.
