Rivo Casino Review 2026: 1000% Bonus, Licence and Withdrawal Limits

Rivo Casino is a euro-based online casino and sportsbook at rivo.casino, run by Exceptiosoft LTD under an offshore Anjouan licence (ALSI-202606020-FI1), although the site itself names neither the company nor the licence. Its headline offer is a slots package of 1000% up to EUR 10,000 at 10x the bonus, spread over eight deposits, plus a 300% live package up to EUR 2,250. The biggest catch is the cashier: withdrawals are capped at EUR 1,000 a day and EUR 10,000 a month, with a EUR 100 minimum. Our verdict: low wagering on paper, but weak transparency, contradictory terms and tight payout limits. It is closed to UK, US and German players.

This review is desk research. On 19 October 2026 we read the Rivo homepage, promotions page, terms and conditions (last updated 2 July 2026), responsible gaming page, FAQ, about-us and dispute resolution pages, and checked the licence in the Anjouan Gaming register and its suspended and revoked lists. Rivo blocks our usual connection, so we loaded it through a Finnish one; a bot check on one request was not bypassed. The deposit page needs a login and the per-offer bonus terms sit in pop-ups we could not open, so we did not read them. We made no deposits, withdrawals or real-money bets.

Is Rivo Casino legit? Licence and operator

The licence is real, but you have to find it yourself. The footer, terms, about-us page, FAQ and dispute page refer only to “Rivo.casino” or “the Company”, and section 1.2 of the terms says only that the Company is licensed. We traced the operator through the Anjouan Gaming register, where Exceptiosoft LTD’s licence is valid from 12 June 2026 to 11 June 2027 and lists rivo.casino.

The terms then point elsewhere. Section 18.1 puts the contract under Curaçao law, with disputes going to the Joint Court of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and BES; the responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion through a “Curacao eGaming” form; and the restricted-country clause cites both Curaçao and the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The only licence we could verify is the Anjouan one. Anjouan is a light-touch regulator, and this one licence covers 21 domains. Rivo Casino login: the official site and look-alikes

The official address is rivo.casino, the domain on the Anjouan licence. rivocasino.io and rivocasino.ie are unofficial look-alike sites run by third parties that pass visitors on through redirect links; do not enter login details or documents there. A different, unrelated “RIVO Casino” also closed in June 2016. This review covers only the current casino at rivo.casino, and old complaints about the 2016 site do not apply to it. The rivo.casino domain itself dates from February 2015, so its age says nothing about how long this brand has run.

Which countries Rivo Casino accepts

Section 3.1.2 of the terms bars the USA, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Cyprus, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany, Sweden and the Dutch West Indies, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned countries, and lets the operator refuse anyone else. The warranty clause in 3.4.4 repeats the list but leaves out Cyprus and Sweden, and the sign-up form still offers the UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Sweden, Comoros, Curaçao and Aruba. Being able to pick your country does not mean you may play. VPN or proxy use is forbidden (3.4.13) and can get the account blocked with all balances forfeited (17.3).

UK players

Rivo bars the United Kingdom and holds no UK Gambling Commission licence. Under the Gambling Act 2005 only UKGC licensees may offer gambling in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP covers only those sites. Choose a UKGC-licensed casino instead.

US players

The USA heads the restricted list and is missing from the sign-up form. An account opened from the US breaks the terms and can be closed.

Germany

Most searches for Rivo come from Germany, and Germany is barred in both 3.1.2 and 3.4.4, even though the site has a German version and the sign-up form lists Germany. Rivo holds no German licence, so German self-exclusion does not reach it, and a German resident who signs up, with or without a VPN, risks a closed account and a forfeited balance.

Rivo Casino bonus: the 1000% slots package

The offer in our box is the one the operator supplied for players who join through our link: 1000% up to EUR 10,000 plus 25% cashback at 10x, and a live package of 300% up to EUR 2,250 at 25x. The slots and live figures match Rivo’s promotions page; the cashback does not (see below). The “1000%” is not one match but the sum of eight, one per deposit, and the eight caps add up to EUR 10,000. There are no free spins.

Every term that applies

Worked example: what 10x the bonus means at Rivo Casino

A EUR 250 first deposit earns the 200% match, a EUR 500 bonus, so the wagering is 10 x 500 = EUR 5,000, or at least 2,500 spins at the EUR 2 maximum bet. At a typical 96% slot return the expected loss is 4% of 5,000 = EUR 200, leaving on average about EUR 550 of the EUR 750 balance. That is mild by offshore standards, as long as Rivo does not use 7.4 to add part of the deposit to the requirement. The bonus can release at most 25 x 500 = EUR 12,500.

Rivo Casino bonus at full size: EUR 10,000 over eight deposits

Collecting every step takes EUR 9,500 of deposits for EUR 10,000 of bonus, so the package is worth about 105% of what you pay in, not 1000%. Clearing it means EUR 100,000 of slot wagering, at least 50,000 spins at EUR 2, with an expected loss of about EUR 4,000. Live casino bonus: 300% up to EUR 2,250

The live package is three 100% matches, up to EUR 500, EUR 750 and EUR 1,000, each at 25x; a full package needs EUR 2,250 of deposits. The terms make it hard to use. Section 7.15 says the live bonus is only for live casino games, yet 7.6 restricts all live casino games while a bonus is active and 7.10 says live bets do not count towards wagering. On those rules it is unclear how the 25x requirement, EUR 12,500 on the first step, could ever be cleared. Get support to confirm in writing which games count before claiming it.

Cashback, VIP and other promotions

The “25% cashback” in our offer appears nowhere we read on rivo.casino. The homepage says cashback is only for VIP customers, with no percentage or terms, so treat it as unconfirmed until it shows in your account.

Rivo also has a sports welcome package of 325% up to EUR 1,750 over three deposits (5x, minimum odds 1.80) and weekly reloads: slots on Monday (100% up to EUR 2,000), Wednesday (100% up to EUR 2,500) and Friday (200% up to EUR 2,000) at 10x, live casino on Thursday and at weekends at 25x, and a weekend sports reload at 7x. We saw no no-deposit bonus among the promotions; the terms cap any no-deposit winnings at 10x the bonus and require a deposit before withdrawal. Rivo Casino withdrawal limits and payments

The FAQ lists cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies, and the homepage shows Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Giropay, Sofort and crypto icons. We found no full method list, no list of coins and no minimum deposit; the FAQ says the minimum varies by method and is shown on the deposit page.

Limits, fees and checks

The caps are the real story. The welcome package alone is worth up to EUR 10,000, yet you can withdraw at most EUR 1,000 a day and EUR 10,000 a month. A EUR 100,000 win, the daily maximum, would take ten months to pay out. Our list of fast payout casinos shows operators with higher limits.

Checks may come at your first withdrawal (6.1) and are required once lifetime deposits pass EUR 2,000 or activity looks suspicious (8.5). You send photo ID, a selfie holding it and proof of address; review usually takes 48 hours (8.6). Payment methods must be in your own name (4.7).

Rivo publishes no game count. In the lobby we saw slots from Microgaming, Play’n GO, IGT, Novomatic, Hacksaw, RubyPlay, Scientific Games and Wazdan, and live tables from Winfinity Live, Iconic21, 7Mojos Live, XPG and Vivo; Evolution was not among them. There is also a sportsbook and a prediction markets section. We found no published return-to-player list, so check each game’s information screen.

We found no app. The FAQ calls the site mobile-friendly, so you play in the browser at rivo.casino. Ignore any download offered by the look-alike domains.

Support and responsible gambling

Support runs 24/7 by live chat and at [email protected], with complaints going to [email protected]. The responsible gaming page offers a fairly broad set of tools:

• Limits: deposit limits from 24 hours to one week, plus betting, loss and session time limits.
• Cool-down: 1 to 48 hours.
• Self-exclusion: one day minimum or indefinite, by email only; chat requests are not processed.
• Missing: no reality check is mentioned, and the self-exclusion form is labelled Curaçao eGaming.

Exceptiosoft LTD’s Anjouan licence lists 21 domains, including trixino.com, wildzycasino.io and 777seven.casino. We also review Trixino, Smash Casino, Seven Casino and Wildzy from the same platform. Spelinspektionen, Sweden’s gambling regulator, has issued orders banning two companies behind sister brands from offering gambling in Sweden: Softon Ltd, Smash Casino’s operator (9 July 2026), and Rabocse SRL, licence holder for wildzy.io and seven7.casino (18 August 2025). Nothing we read says a Rivo self-exclusion also covers these sites, so ask support if you need that.
