AllSpins Casino Review: Licence, Bonus Terms and Payouts

AllSpins Casino is an offshore casino and sportsbook launched in 2024. Review sites name Fortuna Games N.V. as its operator, and that company holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence. The site has a very large game library, crypto payments and daily cashback paid as real money, but its welcome package needs 25 times deposit plus bonus to clear, wins above EUR 10,000 can be paid in monthly instalments, and it is not licensed in the UK or any other regulated European market. Experienced players in countries the operator accepts, who read terms closely, may find it useful; anyone who wants a regulator to step in when things go wrong should look elsewhere.

This review is desk research. On 7 October 2026 we read the operator’s own terms and conditions, bonus terms, promotion pages, FAQ and responsible gaming page (loaded through Irish, Canadian and New Zealand connections, because the site blocks some locations), checked the Curaçao and Anjouan licence registers (re-checked on 8 October 2026). No deposits or play sessions are claimed. Where sources disagree, we say which source says what.

Licence and operator

None of the allspins.com pages we loaded print the name of the licence holder or show a licence seal, so the link has to be pieced together from registers and review sites. Review sites list Fortuna Games N.V., established 2024, as the operator. In the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online gaming register, dated 2 October 2026, Fortuna Games N.V. (company registration 162413) appears as a B2C licensee under OGL/2024/112/0974, issued 24 December 2025 with an indefinite term. Domain names are not part of that register, so it confirms the company and the licence, not the website.

The Anjouan register is more direct. It lists allspins.com among the domains covered by licence ALSI-202410052-FI2, held by 3-102-961604 SRL, issued on 18 October 2024 and expiring on 17 October 2026. That register shows the status field as “valid”, but the same register also shows “valid” for licences whose expiry dates have already passed, so the expiry date is the field to watch. We will update this review once the register shows whether the licence was renewed.

Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) took effect on 24 December 2024 and replaced the old master-licence and sublicence model with licences issued directly by the CGA. Fortuna Games N.V. does not appear in the CGA enforcement register (version of 14 September 2026), which lists licences that were revoked or suspended. In September 2026 the CGA confirmed unauthorised access to its licensing portal on 17 and 22 September; the portal was still offline on 2 October, and the CGA says existing licences remain valid.

What a Curaçao or Anjouan licence does not give you is a regulator that settles your dispute. The CGA does not mediate individual complaints: you complain to the casino first, then to one of the seven ADR bodies the CGA has certified. The Anjouan authority does not handle complaints either. Which countries AllSpins accepts

Clause 2.7 of the terms says residents and citizens of the following countries and territories may not create an account, access or use the site: Afghanistan, Algeria, Anjouan, Aruba, Bahamas, Belize, Benin, Bonaire, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dutch West Indies, Eritrea, France, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Ontario, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Qatar, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Saba, Serbia, Singapore, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine (including occupied territories), the United Kingdom, the USA and its dependencies, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

The casino can close any account opened from those places and cancel deposits, bets, bonuses and winnings. Three further points matter in practice:

• Germany is not on the list, yet allspins.com returned an HTTP 451 (“unavailable for legal reasons”) response to a German connection on 7 October 2026.
• The Netherlands and Sweden are not on the list either. That does not make play legal or protected there; see the country notes below.
• Game providers add their own blocks. NetEnt titles, for example, are not offered in a long list of countries that includes Australia, and individual slots are blocked in Canada, India and elsewhere (clauses 2.9 to 2.14).

Welcome bonus and every term that applies

The euro version of the Welcome Bonus Pack is headlined “EUR 2,000 + 525 FS” on the promotion page (the browser title of the same page still says 300 FS, a leftover from an older version). It is split across the first four deposits, and the spins only come with the higher deposit tier:

• Wagering: 25 times deposit plus bonus on each of the four deposits. The general bonus terms default to 50 times the bonus, but the specific promotion terms take priority.
• Free-spin winnings: 40 times. Spins are credited only after the matching bonus has been wagered.
• Maximum bet: EUR 5 while wagering.
• Cashout cap: 10 times the bonus amount; anything above that is voided. Free-spin winnings are capped at EUR 100 under the general terms.
• Time limit: 10 days from activation for each bonus.
• Game weighting: slots and keno count 100%; table and card games, video poker and craps count 0%; live casino and jackpot games cannot be played with an active bonus, and named slots either count 0% or are blocked.
• Order of play: real money is used first, bonus funds only after the cash balance runs out.
• Timing trap: a bet placed with the deposit before the bonus is claimed cancels the bonus for that deposit, and a withdrawal request cancels any unused bonuses.
• One per household: one bonus per person, family, address, IP address, payment account or device.

What 25x deposit plus bonus means in practice

Take a EUR 100 first deposit at the 125% tier. You receive EUR 125 in bonus funds, and the wagering is 25 x (100 + 125) = EUR 5,625. At the EUR 5 maximum bet that is at least 1,125 spins, inside 10 days, on slots only. If you clear it, the most you can release from the bonus is 10 x 125 = EUR 1,250. High roller and sports offers

A separate VIP first-deposit bonus gives 125% up to EUR 2,500 plus 125 free spins on Hacksaw Gaming’s Wanted Dead or a Wild for a first deposit of at least EUR 300. It carries 28 times deposit plus bonus, a EUR 5 maximum bet, a 10x bonus cashout cap, a EUR 300 cap on spin winnings and the same 10-day window. Sports bettors can instead take 100% up to EUR 200 from EUR 20, wagered 6 times deposit plus bonus within 30 days on singles at odds of 2.00 or more, or accumulators of three or more selections at 1.50 or more each; handicap, over/under, both-teams-to-score and cashed-out bets do not count.

Players in Canada and New Zealand see the welcome pack in local currency (C$3,000 or NZ$3,000 + 525 FS on 7 October 2026), and the casino says offers can differ by country.

Cashback, VIP and the shop

The most player-friendly part of the promotion list is the daily cashback. It is paid as real money on the previous day’s net losses (deposits minus bonuses received), with no maximum, a EUR 5 minimum and a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal. The rate depends on VIP level: 5% at level 0, 10% at levels 1 and 2, 15% at levels 3 and 4, 20% at level 5, 25% at level 6 and 30% at level 7. It is credited by 11:00 CET the next day.

Real-money play also earns coins, one per EUR 100 wagered, which can be swapped in the shop for bonus funds (50x wagering, 10 days, cashout capped at 5 times the bonus) or free spins (40x, winnings capped at EUR 100). Daily deposit bonuses follow the general 50x rule with a 10x cashout cap.

Payment methods

AllSpins does not publish a public payments page; the methods appear in the cashier after registration and depend on your country. The list below is therefore taken from review sites, as noted.

Accounts can be held in EUR, CAD, BRL and other currencies, according to the operator’s FAQ. Deposits are capped at EUR 10,000 per transaction under the AML policy, and the casino can set other minimums and maximums per method. You may only use payment methods in your own name; third-party cards, wallets or crypto addresses can lead to closed accounts and voided winnings.

Withdrawals: limits, timing and KYC

Clause 9 of the terms sets out the payout rules. These are the operator’s figures, which replace the lower caps quoted on several review sites:

The limits are described as “up to” and depend on VIP level, payment method, verification status and risk checks, so a new account may get less. Sources conflict here: reviews quote EUR 10,000 per month, EUR 2,000 per day and EUR 5,000 per week; the operator’s own terms are the higher figures in the table. The FAQ gives 1 to 5 business days for a payout to arrive, with e-wallets usually faster.

No withdrawal is paid before verification. Expect to send a colour copy of a passport or driving licence, a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months, a photo of the card used (middle digits and CVV covered) or a screenshot of the e-wallet or bank account, and sometimes a selfie holding your ID. Documents go to [email protected] and are checked within 24 hours during 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3). You have 30 days to supply what is asked for, and the casino can ask again at any time, for example after 12 months or a change of payment method. Other terms worth knowing

• An account is inactive after 90 days without a login or transaction, and the casino may charge EUR 5 a month on an inactive account where the law allows.
• If you break the rules, deposits can be returned minus an administrative commission of up to 15%.
• Complaints must be raised within 30 days of the event, or they may be rejected.
• If you close an account for gambling-related reasons, you agree not to open an account at any related brand.

The lobby is one of the larger ones in the offshore market. Review sites count more than 9,000 games, and providers include NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Merkur Gaming, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger and Thunderkick. Categories cover slots, bonus-buy slots, jackpots, table games, video poker, bingo, keno, scratch cards and crash games. Live dealer tables come mainly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. A sportsbook with esports and virtual sports sits alongside the casino.

The operator’s FAQ says the games are audited by independent agencies and use certified random number generators, and demo play is available. Because providers geo-block titles, the lobby you see depends on where you log in from, and with an active bonus live casino and jackpot games are locked.

Mobile play

AllSpins runs in the mobile browser. Its footer links to Android and iOS install pages that point to a web-app (PWA) page rather than an app store listing, so you add the site to your home screen instead of downloading a native app.

Customer support

The FAQ says live support “is ready to assist at any time of the day”, reachable by chat or email at [email protected]. The site is available in English, Portuguese, German, Finnish, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, Polish and Norwegian. The KYC team works fixed hours, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3), which is why verification and payouts slow down at weekends.

Complaints and reputation

Published player complaints about AllSpins were almost all about withdrawals: payouts left pending beyond the advertised 24 hours, a EUR 1,345 payment delayed for more than ten days after a bonus win, three EUR 500 withdrawals delayed together, and one player whose withdrawal of USD 3,000 was cancelled three times before the case was closed.

A pattern of slow payouts that end up paid is common at offshore casinos. Keep screenshots of your balance and requests, complain to support first, and remember the terms give you only 30 days to raise a dispute.

Player protection here is basic. According to the FAQ you can set deposit limits and self-exclude.
