Wild Fortune (wildfortune.io) is an offshore casino run by Metlait SRL of Costa Rica, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission and, in the version of the terms shown to Canada, by Anjouan. It has a large lobby of more than 100 studios, a long list of tools for limiting your play and Canadian-friendly banking. The welcome package looks big at up to C$7,500 plus 250 free spins, but the match bonuses need 45x wagering in seven days, and a separate clause caps all winnings from your first three deposits at C$7,500, bonus or not. Our old page called this a Malta-licensed casino; that is wrong today. Best fit: experienced slot players outside the restricted list who read caps before depositing.

Both licence claims check out, but they come from two different texts. Through a Canadian connection, the terms (effective 14 April 2026) and the footer say Metlait SRL “is licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Commission” under ALSI-202509073-FI2. Irish and New Zealand connections see a newer layout of the terms that names Tobique licence 0000064 and the EGIS dispute service instead. We found Metlait on both official lists. What this means in practice: the rulebook you accept depends on your country, and the two versions differ on restricted countries and some limits, so read the terms from your own location.
Metlait runs a group of casinos. On the Anjouan register, its licence covers 29 domains, among them limewin.com, neospin.com, skycrown.com, rollero.com and staycasino.com; Limewin also operates under Metlait’s Tobique licence 0000064. Our old page listed a Malta licence, which no current Wild Fortune page or register supports, so we have removed it.
An offshore licence names who is accountable. It does not make Wild Fortune legal in your country, and neither regulator steps into individual disputes the way a national regulator would. Our guide to legal online casinos by country explains the difference.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints start with support and are escalated inside the company if not solved at once (Tobique terms, clause 15). If you are not satisfied, clause 15.5 names EGIS as the independent ADR body; you email [email protected]. Server logs are the final record in any game dispute, and clause 17 sends all disputes to arbitration in Costa Rica. Any claim must be filed within one year of the event.
Under the Anjouan version, the authority does not handle complaints itself. You raise a complaint through the licence seal on the site; the operator has 30 days to answer (14 days for game-outcome disputes), after which the case goes to an ADR provider paid for by the operator.
Which countries Wild Fortune accepts
The two versions of the terms do not have the same list, which is unusual and worth reading closely.
- Tobique version (Ireland and New Zealand view), clause 2.4: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Guernsey, Haiti, Hawaii, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, El Salvador, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela, the Virgin Islands and Yemen.
- Anjouan version (Canada view), clause 3.1: a shorter list that also names Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Spain and Comoros, but not Ontario, New Brunswick, China or Haiti.
Bonus restrictions add another layer. Players from Sweden get no bonuses, promotions, VIP rewards or loyalty exchanges at all, and the welcome package is not available in Sweden or Finland. Finnish players also face lower withdrawal limits of EUR 500 a day, EUR 2,500 a week and EUR 7,500 a month.
- United Kingdom. Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC-licensed sites. Wild Fortune is not UKGC-licensed, lists the UK as restricted and is not for UK residents.
- United States. Restricted, including Hawaii and US territories. Wild Fortune is not for US players.
- Canada. The site has a Canadian version, but Wild Fortune holds no provincial licence. Ontario, which runs its own regulated market, and New Brunswick are restricted under the Tobique terms.
- Australia. Restricted in the Canadian version of the terms even though an Australian English version of the site exists. Offering online casino games to Australians is an offence for the operator under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
Using a VPN to get around these lists is banned (clause 3.2) and can lead to confiscated winnings.

The welcome package spreads across five deposits. The table shows the standard version from the bonus terms; the operator notes that players who register through a partner site may see a different offer in their account.

Worked example: what 45x the bonus means
Take a first deposit of C$200. The 100% match adds C$200 of bonus money, and the wagering is 45 x 200 = C$9,000 of slot bets. At the C$7.50 maximum stake that is at least 1,200 spins, and the terms give you seven days. With a 96% return to player, the expected cost of C$9,000 in bets is about 4%, or C$360. That is more than the C$200 bonus and almost the whole C$400 balance. The average player therefore loses the balance before finishing; clearing the bonus takes a lucky run.
The caps then limit the upside. Even if you clear both match bonuses, winnings from them are capped at C$5,000, and clause 11.12 (11.15 in the Tobique text) caps all winnings attributable to your first three deposits at C$7,500, “regardless of whether any bonuses were credited, activated, accepted, declined, forfeited, or used”. Your own deposits stay withdrawable; anything above the cap is removed. Players who want large wins on their first deposits should know this before they start, because declining the bonus does not lift it.

Reloads, loyalty and VIP
Once the welcome package is used, the bonuses page lists weekly offers for Canadian players: Monday free spins (code MONDAY), Tuesday Treasure with up to 99 free spins from a C$15 deposit (code TREASURE), Wednesday free spins of 25, 50 or 100 depending on the deposit, Thursday Bonanza with up to 77 free spins (code THURSDAY), and a weekend reload of 40% up to C$150 (code WEEKEND). A daily reward drops 10, 20 or 30 free spins after a day with a deposit. Almost all of these carry 45x wagering on the bonus or the free-spin winnings, and no-deposit spin winnings are capped at C$75.
The loyalty programme has seven levels, from Barefoot Wanderer to Gold Reaper, with free spins at each level (45x on winnings) and cash bonuses at 5x. You earn one comp point per C$30 of real-money slot bets. The VIP club runs from Bronze to Diamond. Instant VIP status is offered for a first deposit of C$3,000 or more, and level-up cash bonuses of C$75 to C$750 carry no wagering. Points depend on deposit days, deposit counts and monthly wagering; Diamond, for example, asks for C$1,500,000 of monthly wagering. Other cashback, comp-point, tournament and personal bonuses are capped at five times the bonus amount.

The e-wallet once called ecoPayz has traded as Payz since 2023, although the cashier still uses the old label. The FAQ also mentions Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Instadebit, Trustly, iDEAL and bank transfer, but those did not appear in the Canadian cashier list, so availability depends on your country. Verification (KYC)
Expect identity checks before your first payout. The terms ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method, in Latin or Cyrillic script, and the casino can request a video call or a phone call. Bitcoin players must pass ID checks before they can deposit or bet with BTC. If the casino cannot reach you by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account can be locked, and the Canadian version adds that winnings may be forfeited if KYC is not completed within 40 days of the request. Games and software
The lobby is split into hot, new, slots, live casino, jackpot games, Megaways, video poker and table games, with a seasonal section (Halloween in October 2026). According to the site’s provider feed, more than 100 studios supply games, among them BGaming, NetEnt (part of Evolution), Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Hacksaw, Playson, Playtech, Novomatic, Endorphina, Betsoft, Spinomenal, Spribe, Mascot and Zillion. Microgaming-branded games appear too, a catalogue now distributed by Games Global. Live tables come from studios including Ezugi (part of Evolution), Vivo Gaming, Lucky Streak, Absolute Live Gaming and Imagine Live. On the homepage, the casino advertised a combined jackpot pool of more than C$132 million and tournaments with a total prize pool of more than C$58 million; these are operator figures.
Game access varies by country. Clause 3.3 of the Tobique terms says NetEnt titles are not offered in a long list of countries including the UK, Sweden, Spain and Australia, Play’n GO and Pragmatic Play games are blocked in Sweden, and Amatic is restricted in Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece and the USA. Demo mode is available for many slots. We found no casino-level RTP report, so check each game’s information screen for its return to player before you play.
Mobile and customer support
Wild Fortune runs in the browser and also offers an installable web app; a mission in the bonus terms even rewards installing it. The FAQ says the casino is “always open” and the homepage promises 24/7 customer service. Support works through live chat and [email protected]. Account closure requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the reason, because, as the FAQ states, closure requests made in chat are not actioned. We did not test response times.
Responsible gambling tools
Wild Fortune is for adults only: 18, or the legal age where you live, and the Canadian homepage says 19+ in most provinces. The responsible gaming policy (version 1.03, 20 April 2026) offers a wider set of tools than most offshore casinos:
- Deposit limit per day, week or month.
- Loss limit and wager limit per day, week or month.
- Session limit from 6 minutes upwards; you are logged out when it is reached.
- Cooling-off for a chosen period, during which you cannot deposit and get no promotions.
- Self-exclusion for a defined period, or by email request for an indefinite period.
Decreases take effect at once, while increases need email confirmation and only apply after the current limit expires. Crypto is the weak spot again: clause 10.5 says deposit limits cannot be imposed on CoinsPaid crypto deposits. During self-exclusion you cannot log in to withdraw, but support can arrange a manual withdrawal on request.
National self-exclusion schemes do not reach Wild Fortune. GAMSTOP covers UKGC-licensed sites only, Cruks only KSA licensees, Spelpaus only Swedish-licensed operators and ROFUS only Danish-licensed operators. Use the site’s own tools, and consider device-level blocking software.

The reasoning: licence gets 2 because both licences are offshore and give no local protection, though both are current on the registers. Payments get 2 for low and contradictory withdrawal limits and the C$7,500 cap on early winnings, despite a decent method list. Bonus terms get 2: 45x the bonus in seven days with a C$5,000 cap outweighs the wager-free spins. Games get 4 for the size and spread of the library. Player protection gets 4 for loss, wager and session limits, held back by the crypto gap. Support gets 3 because closure requests must go by email and we could not verify the 24/7 claim. Verdict
Wild Fortune is a real, licensed offshore casino with a large lobby and better limit tools than many rivals. The headline welcome offer is where caution is needed: 45x wagering, a seven-day clock and caps of C$5,000 on bonus winnings and C$7,500 on winnings from your first three deposits make it far smaller than the C$7,500 banner suggests. Yes, offshore. Wild Fortune (wildfortune.io) is run by Metlait SRL, a Costa Rica company with registration number 3-102-911867. Its terms name Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000064 when the site is loaded from Ireland or New Zealand, and Anjouan licence ALSI-202509073-FI2 when loaded from Canada. Is Wild Fortune available to UK players?
No. The United Kingdom is on the restricted list in both versions of the terms. Only UK Gambling Commission licensees may offer gambling to people in Great Britain, GAMSTOP only covers UKGC-licensed sites, and Wild Fortune holds no UKGC licence.
Can I use Wild Fortune in Canada?
