2.3 out of 5How we rate

Loki Casino (lokicasino.com) is an offshore crypto and fiat casino run by TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. of Costa Rica under an Anjouan licence that, according to the Anjouan register, expires on 17 October 2026, nine days after we checked it. Its strengths are choice and payments: more than 5,000 games, around 30 payment methods and daily cashback. Against that stand the soon-to-expire licence, a welcome bonus whose EUR 30,000 headline is capped at EUR 5,000 in winnings, 40x wagering in seven days and withdrawal limits that start at EUR 2,500 a week. Until the register shows a renewal, we cannot recommend depositing. It is not for UK, US or Belgian residents.

This review is desk research. On 8 October 2026 we checked the operator’s terms and conditions (version 4.0, last updated 15 January 2026), bonus terms (last updated 4 June 2026), payments page, promotions page, responsible gaming and self-exclusion policies and about page, loading the site through Canadian and Irish connections, and we checked the Anjouan licence register. No deposits, play sessions or timed withdrawals are claimed. Where Loki’s own pages contradict each other, we say so.

Checked 8 October 2026

This licence trail is short and has a deadline. Every page we loaded carries a footer naming TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. and Anjouan licence ALSI-202410047-FI2, and the Anjouan register confirms that number for lokicasino.com. According to that register, it expires on 17 October 2026. When we checked, it still showed the licence as valid, but no renewed entry had appeared. Plainly put: unless Anjouan publishes a renewal, Loki will have no licence on record that we can verify after that date. We will update this review as soon as the register shows a renewal or a replacement licence, and our licence mark below reflects the uncertainty.

Loki’s own pages are not consistent about this either. Its about page says the casino was established in 2023 and “works under the license of Bets Entertainment N.V.”, a company name that appears nowhere in the current terms or footer. The terms are the binding document, and they name TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. Tessera also runs sister sites under the same licence, including bets.io, 1red.com and spinch.com, so the licence question applies to all of them.

An Anjouan licence does not make Loki legal where you live. Our guide to legal online casinos by country explains how national licences work.

Complaints and disputes

Loki’s complaints procedure is set out in its terms. You contact support with “Complaint” in the subject, your name and phone number, a description and the dates involved. The casino promises an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a final answer within eight weeks, and all complaint communication is in English. The terms mention alternative dispute resolution only “where applicable” and name no ADR body. Disputes are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, with the courts of Costa Rica having exclusive jurisdiction.

The Anjouan complaint policy adds a route: the authority does not handle complaints itself, but you can raise one through the licence seal on the site; the operator then has 30 days to answer (14 days for game-outcome disputes), and unresolved cases go to an ADR provider paid for by the operator. That route depends on a valid licence, which is another reason to watch the 17 October expiry.

Which countries Loki Casino accepts

Clause 6 of the “Who can play” section lists the restricted countries: Angola, Barbados, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Comoros, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Dutch West Indies, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jamaica, Jersey, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Rwanda, Saba, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Statia, St. Maarten, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine, the United States of America, Yemen and Zimbabwe, including their territories and possessions.

What is missing from that list matters more than what is on it. The United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Australia are not named, and the casino accepts pounds sterling. A short list is not permission to play: clause 1 of the same section says Loki accepts players “only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law”, and leaves it to you to check.

  • United Kingdom. Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC-licensed sites. Loki is not UKGC-licensed and is not for UK residents, whatever its country list says.
  • United States. Restricted. Loki is not for US players.
  • Netherlands. Only operators with a Kansspelautoriteit licence may offer online casino games to Dutch players, and Cruks does not cover Loki.
  • Sweden and Denmark. Loki has no Spelinspektionen or Spillemyndigheden licence; Spelpaus and ROFUS do not apply.
  • Australia. Offering online casino games to Australians is an offence for the operator under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA blocks such sites.
  • Canada. Not listed, and Loki shows Canadian dollar limits and Interac, but it holds no provincial licence; Ontario runs its own regulated market.

The terms also warn that winnings gained by players from restricted countries using tools that “falsify their geolocation”, such as VPNs, may be forfeited.

Welcome pack and bonus terms

The homepage banner on 8 October 2026 showed a welcome pack of “225% up to EUR 31,500 + 225 FS”, while the browser title of the same page still said “Up to EUR 18,000 Bonus & Cashback”. The promotions page and bonus terms support the larger figure. Each part needs a bonus code entered before you deposit.

Deposit Code Match Free spins
First LOKIFTD 100% up to EUR 30,000 100 on Candy Monsta (BGaming), 20 a day over five days
Second LOKI75 75% up to EUR 1,000 75 on Fruit Million (BGaming), 25 a day over three days
Third 5LOKI 50% up to EUR 500 50 on Bonanza Billion (BGaming), 25 a day over two days

The rules from the bonus terms:

Term Rule
Minimum deposit EUR 20, USD 20, GBP 20, C$30 or 0.0003 BTC
Wagering on the match 40 times the bonus
Wagering on free spin winnings 30 times (welcome); 40 times on the weekend reload
Maximum bet EUR 2 (C$3) on welcome bonuses, including bonus buys and gamble features
Activation and time limit Activate within 1 day; wager within 7 days of activation
Game weighting Slots 100%; table games, live casino, lottery and others 5%; some games excluded
Cap on winnings from deposit bonus funds 5 times the deposit, no more than EUR 5,000 (general terms, clause 8)
Cap on deposit free spin winnings 5 times the deposit, no more than EUR 1,000 (clause 8.1)
Order of play Real money first, then bonus funds
Abuse rule Bonus funds above 70% of deposits over 5 to 9 deposits, or 50% over 10 or more, can be treated as abuse

Worked example: what 40x and the 5x cap mean

Take a first deposit of EUR 100 with code LOKIFTD. You receive EUR 100 in bonus funds, and the wagering is 40 x 100 = EUR 4,000 of bets. At the EUR 2 maximum stake that is at least 2,000 spins, and they must all happen within seven days. If you play table games instead, only 5% of each bet counts, so EUR 4,000 of wagering would need EUR 80,000 of blackjack bets.

On a slot with a 96% return to player, the expected cost of EUR 4,000 of bets is about 4%, or EUR 160, which is most of your EUR 200 balance. And if you do get through, clause 8 caps winnings from the bonus funds at five times the deposit: EUR 500 on a EUR 100 deposit. The same cap shows why the EUR 30,000 headline is mostly theoretical. To be credited a EUR 30,000 bonus you would need to deposit EUR 30,000, and the most you could win from it is EUR 5,000, after EUR 1,200,000 of wagering at no more than EUR 2 a spin, which is 600,000 spins in a week.

Players who want to keep things simple can decline the bonus: the terms say you may refuse any bonus without losing your own money. For comparison with other offers, see our pages on casino welcome bonuses and match deposit bonuses.

Cashback, reloads and a bonus to avoid

The cashback offers are the more useful part of the promotions page, because their wagering is low:

  • Daily Cashback of 5% to 10% of the previous day’s deposits, credited at 01:00 UTC, if you deposited at least EUR 20 and lost at least EUR 20 in real money. The percentage rises with daily deposits (10% only from EUR 20,000 a day), the maximum is EUR 10,000, and wagering is 3x.
  • Upgraded Wednesday cashback of up to 20% of Wednesday’s real-money losses, capped at EUR 5,000, wagering 3x.
  • Weekly cashback of up to 20% of the week’s losses, credited on Mondays, but only once your weekly losses reach at least EUR 1,000; maximum EUR 50,000, wagering 3x.
  • Weekend Reload of 60% up to EUR 10,000 plus 75 free spins from a EUR 50 deposit (code 6RELOAD), Friday to Sunday, 40x on bonus and spins, EUR 5 maximum bet.

As a worked example: lose EUR 200 of a EUR 300 deposit on a Wednesday and the upgraded cashback returns up to EUR 40, which you must stake three times (EUR 120) before it becomes withdrawable.

One promotion deserves a warning. “Bonus Cancellation 100%” offers a 100% bonus, up to EUR 1,000, if you cancel a withdrawal of at least EUR 75 and send the money back into play. It carries 40x wagering on slots only, and the most you can withdraw from it is five times the cancelled amount, capped at EUR 5,000. Reversing a withdrawal is one of the habits that gambling-harm services warn against; we would not use this offer.

Loyalty programme

Loyalty runs on a tree of 25 levels for slots and live games. You earn one comp point for every EUR 20 wagered on slots, or EUR 40 on live games. Cash prizes carry 3x wagering and free-spin prizes 25x, with free-spin withdrawals capped at EUR 150. Reaching the top level, a EUR 300 cash bonus, takes 60,000 points, which at one point per EUR 20 means EUR 1,200,000 of slot bets. The site also runs quests, tournaments, a lottery, secret drops and a lootbox shop.

Payments and withdrawals

The payments page listed the methods below on 8 October 2026 (Canadian view). Limits are per transaction as stated by the operator, and processing times are the operator’s own descriptions.

The footer also shows logos for Interac, iDebit, AstroPay, Neosurf, MuchBetter, CashtoCode, Zimpler and ecoPayz, the e-wallet that has traded as Payz since 2023; these did not appear in the cashier tables, so check availability in your account. Paysafecard is the only deposit method with a stated fee (2.5%), and bank transfer withdrawals cost EUR 25. Clause 18 of the withdrawal terms says bank payouts are processed within ten banking days and that USD bank transfers are not available, which is slower than the “5 to 7 banking days” on the payments page. E-wallet users can compare our Skrill casinos page, and crypto users our Bitcoin casino guide.

Withdrawal limits

Total deposits on your account Per day Per week Per month
Up to EUR 1,000 EUR 1,000 EUR 2,500 EUR 10,000
EUR 1,000 to EUR 10,000 EUR 2,000 EUR 5,000 EUR 20,000
Above EUR 10,000 EUR 3,000 EUR 10,000 EUR 30,000

The terms call these “indicative” thresholds that the casino can adjust. On top of them, the maximum per withdrawal is EUR 10,000 (C$15,000), wins above EUR 30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to EUR 30,000, and clause 19 allows a maximum payout per gaming session of EUR 100,000. Progressive jackpots are paid in full. In practice, a new player who deposits EUR 200 and wins EUR 8,000 could take about four weeks to collect it at EUR 2,500 a week. If payout speed matters to you, compare our guide to fast payout casinos.

Turnover, fees and dormant accounts

Each deposit must be staked at least three times before you withdraw the money connected to it, “in line with our anti-money laundering policy”; otherwise the casino may charge deposit and withdrawal processing costs. Accounts with no login for 180 days become dormant after 30 days’ notice, and the casino may then charge USD 10 a month; after a year of dormancy it may close the account and keep the balance if it cannot reach you. Refund requests for technical problems must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.

Verification (KYC)

The casino can check your identity before any payout and calculates processing time from the date your documents are verified. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a video verification can be required. If you do not provide requested documents within 30 days, the account can be blocked from all transactions. Proof of address must be dated within the last 90 days. Upload documents before you request your first withdrawal.

Games and software

Loki says it offers more than 5,000 games. The lobby covers slots, new and popular games, bonus buys, jackpots, Drops & Wins, table games, live casino (roulette, blackjack, poker, game shows) and a quick-win section with crash games, Plinko, chicken games and scratch cards. Studios visible on the homepage included BGaming, NetGame, Zillion, Belatra, Platipus and Plati+, and the footer showed logos for Amatic, Betsoft, EGT, Endorphina, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, ELK, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Wazdan and Evolution. Microgaming’s game catalogue is now distributed by Games Global, and NetEnt is part of Evolution.

The terms warn that some games are unavailable in certain countries because of provider policies, so the lobby you see depends on where you are. We found no RTP report or independent testing certificate for the casino itself. Check each game’s help screen for its return to player, because several studios release the same title at different RTP settings.

Mobile and customer support

Loki runs in the mobile browser and offers an installable app from its “Install App” page. Support is by live chat, linked from every page, and by email at [email protected]; the casino also runs a Telegram channel for bonuses. The about page promises “around-the-clock” support with responses “in a matter of seconds”, which we did not test. Self-exclusion requests are not actioned through live chat: the self-exclusion policy says they must be sent by email from your registered address.

Responsible gambling tools

Loki is for adults only: the minimum age is 18, or higher where your country sets a higher age. Its tools are thinner than at many competitors:

  • Self-exclusion for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or 1 year according to the terms, or permanently; the separate self-exclusion policy, dated 3 March 2022, lists 6 months, 9 months or 1 year. Requests go by email to [email protected].
  • Reversal rule: a permanent self-exclusion can be revoked in writing, with a seven-day cooling-off before the account reopens.
  • Deposit limits are referred to in the terms, which warn that they cannot be applied to crypto deposits, but the responsible gaming page (dated 8 October 2024) gives no limit settings, so ask support how to set one.
  • Self-test and advice through links to BeGambleAware.

During self-exclusion you cannot withdraw your balance until the account reopens, which the terms state plainly. Combined with the “Bonus Cancellation” promotion, this makes Loki a poor choice for anyone who already finds it hard to stop.

National schemes do not reach Loki. GAMSTOP only covers UKGC-licensed sites, Cruks only KSA licensees, Spelpaus only Swedish-licensed operators and ROFUS only Danish-licensed operators. If you need a block, use Loki’s own self-exclusion and device-level blocking software.

Help is free and confidential. In the UK, the National Gambling Helpline run by GamCare is on 0808 8020 133, and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) offers tools and advice. Internationally, Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org) and Gamblers Anonymous provide support. Our responsible gambling guide lists more resources.

Pros and cons

Pros Cons
Operator and licence number match the Anjouan register Licence expires 17 October 2026; no renewal on the register when checked
Large lobby of 5,000+ games and quick-win titles EUR 30,000 headline bonus capped at EUR 5,000 in winnings, 40x in 7 days, EUR 2 max bet
Wide payment list including crypto, e-wallets and open banking Withdrawal limits from EUR 2,500 a week for new players; EUR 25 bank withdrawal fee
Cashback offers with only 3x wagering Restricted list omits the UK, Netherlands and Australia, so the site does not block markets it is not licensed for
Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours per the terms No ADR body named; about page cites an old licence company
Live chat and email support Thin player-protection tools and a bonus for cancelling withdrawals

Who Loki Casino is not for

  • Anyone who needs a licence that is current beyond 17 October 2026 until the register shows a renewal.
  • Residents of the UK, the USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and Australia, whether or not their country is on Loki’s list.
  • Bonus hunters attracted by the EUR 30,000 figure; the 5x deposit cap limits winnings to EUR 5,000 at most.
  • New players expecting large, fast payouts, given the EUR 2,500 weekly limit at low deposit levels.
  • Players at risk of gambling harm, because limit tools are not clearly offered and a promotion rewards cancelled withdrawals.

Our score for Loki Casino

We mark each of the six weighted criteria on our how we rate casinos page from 1 to 5. Licence carries 30% of the score, and here it is the decisive factor.

Criterion Mark (1 to 5) Weight Points
Licence for your country 1 30% 0.30
Payments and withdrawals 3 20% 0.60
Bonus terms 2 15% 0.30
Games 4 15% 0.60
Player protection 2 10% 0.20
Support and usability 3 10% 0.30
Total 100% 2.3 / 5

The marks explained: licence gets 1 because the only licence is offshore and expires on 17 October 2026 with no renewal on record, the restricted list leaves regulated markets open, and the about page names a different licence company. Payments get 3 for a broad method list and no fees on most methods, against low starting limits, a EUR 25 bank fee and slower bank payouts in the terms than on the payments page. Bonus terms get 2: 40x in seven days, a EUR 2 maximum bet and the 5x cap make the headline misleading, although cashback wagering is low. Games get 4 for the size of the library. Player protection gets 2 for email-only self-exclusion, unclear limit tools and the withdrawal-cancellation bonus. Support gets 3 for live chat and email, untested. If the licence is renewed, the licence mark would rise to 2 and the total to 2.6. Our editorial policy explains how we score; we have no commercial relationship with this brand.

Verdict

Loki Casino has the parts players look for, from a large lobby to crypto payments and daily cashback, but the basics are not in order. Its only licence expires on 17 October 2026, its welcome headline is capped at a fraction of the advertised amount, new players face low weekly withdrawal limits, and its protection tools are thin. Our advice for now is to wait until the Anjouan register shows a renewed licence, and to skip the welcome bonus even then. For alternatives, see our casino reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Is Loki Casino licensed?

Loki Casino (lokicasino.com) is run by TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L., a Costa Rica company with registration number 3-102-913501, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410047-FI2. The Anjouan register lists lokicasino.com under that licence, issued on 18 October 2024 with an expiry date of 17 October 2026. On 8 October 2026 the register did not yet show a renewal. We will update this review when it does. The licence is offshore and is not valid for the UK or any other country with its own licensing system.

What is the Loki Casino welcome bonus?

The welcome pack shown on 8 October 2026 is 225% up to EUR 31,500 plus 225 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to EUR 30,000 plus 100 spins (code LOKIFTD), 75% up to EUR 1,000 plus 75 spins (code LOKI75) and 50% up to EUR 500 plus 50 spins (code 5LOKI). The minimum deposit is EUR 20. The homepage title still advertises up to EUR 18,000, an older figure.

What are the wagering requirements at Loki Casino?

Welcome deposit bonuses must be wagered 40 times the bonus within 7 days, with a maximum bet of EUR 2. Free spin winnings need 30x. Slots count 100%, table and live games only 5%. Winnings from deposit bonus funds are capped at five times the deposit, and never more than EUR 5,000, so the EUR 30,000 headline cannot be won in full.

What are Loki Casino’s withdrawal limits?

Limits depend on how much you have deposited. With total deposits up to EUR 1,000, the indicative limits are EUR 1,000 a day, EUR 2,500 a week and EUR 10,000 a month. They rise to EUR 3,000 a day, EUR 10,000 a week and EUR 30,000 a month once you have deposited more than EUR 10,000. The maximum per transaction is EUR 10,000, and wins above EUR 30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments.

Can UK players use Loki Casino?

They should not. Loki’s restricted list does not name the United Kingdom and the site accepts GBP, but only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005. Loki holds no UKGC licence, GAMSTOP does not cover it, and a UK player would have no UK regulator to turn to in a dispute.

Does Loki Casino accept US players?

No. The United States of America, including its territories and possessions, is on the restricted list in the terms.

What happens if Loki’s licence is not renewed?

If the Anjouan register does not show a renewal after 17 October 2026, Loki would have no current licence on record that we can verify. In that case we would mark the brand as unlicensed and update or withdraw this review. Players with a balance should keep their own records of deposits, bets and chat transcripts.
