Supacasi Casino Review: Licence, Bonus Terms and Withdrawals

Supacasi is an anime-themed casino and sportsbook run by Famagousta B.V., a Curaçao company, under Curaçao licence OGL/2023/155/0098. Its strengths are a very large slot lobby, a crypto cashier and a busy weekly promotion calendar. Its weakness is the licence itself: the certificate linked from the site calls it Active, while the regulator’s own register lists it as “Assessment in progress” for a period that ended on 4 June 2026. Add 30x deposit-plus-bonus wagering and winnings caps, and Supacasi suits only experienced players in accepted countries who read every term.

This review is desk research. We checked the operator’s terms and conditions, general bonus terms, promotion pages, payments page, KYC and responsible gaming pages, and the Curaçao licence register and enforcement register on 8 October 2026. Pages were loaded through Canadian, Irish, Finnish and New Zealand connections, because offers and payment methods change by country. We did not deposit, play or withdraw, so nothing below is a measured result.

Licence and operator

The site footer and clause 1.1 of the terms say Supacasi “is held and operated by Famagousta B.V.”, licensed to offer games of chance under OGL/2023/155/0098 in line with the LOK (P.B. 2024, no. 157). Card and e-wallet payments are handled by Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited, a Cypriot company (reg. no. HE309248) at Lefkonos 22, Strovolos, Nicosia.

Two official CGA sources disagree on the status of that licence, and we report both as we found them:

• Certificate of Operation (cert.cga.cw), loaded 8 October 2026: “SUPACASI.COM is operated by Famagousta B.V”, company number 152449, licence OGL/2023/155/0098; “The license was granted on 04/06/2025 and its current status is Active”.
• CGA online gaming register, dated 2 October 2026: the row for OGL/2023/155/0098, Famagousta B.V., B2C, company 152449, shows the dates 4 December 2025 and 4 June 2026 and the status “Assessment in progress”.

Read together, the register suggests the licence period ended on 4 June 2026 and the regulator is still assessing it, while the certificate still shows Active. We cannot tell from public sources which is current. The near-identical Lapilanders site is a separate business, run by a Malta-licensed company, and none of its facts apply here.

Some context on Curaçao: the LOK came into force on 24 December 2024 and replaced the old master-licence system with licences issued directly by the CGA. In September 2026 the CGA confirmed unauthorised access to its licensing portal on 17 and 22 September; the portal was still offline on 2 October 2026, and the CGA says existing licences remain valid. Supacasi’s own terms still name the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board” and point to gamingcontrolcuracao.org, an address that no longer resolves. The current regulator site is cga.cw.

What the licence means for complaints matters more than the badge. The CGA does not mediate individual disputes. You complain to the casino first, and if that fails, to one of the seven ADR bodies the CGA has certified (list dated 31 August 2026). Supacasi’s dispute page (clause 6) also says the company may deduct administrative fees, and any fees it has to pay, when a customer complains to a regulator or another third party. Bet disputes must be raised within 30 days and game disputes within 12 weeks (terms 25.1).

A licence in Curaçao also says nothing about whether online gambling is legal where you live. Clause 2.6 of the terms puts that responsibility on you.

Which countries Supacasi accepts

Clause 2.5.4 of the terms says that “due to regulatory legislation and licencing”, players from the USA, Curaçao, Malta, the UK, Spain, Lithuania and Australia may not create accounts, and that accounts opened from those countries can be suspended along with their deposits and bets. A shorter copy of the same clause on the “Account, Payouts, Bonuses” page (2.6.4) leaves Lithuania out; the main terms are the stricter text.

The old version of this page listed some 50 “restricted countries” such as Belgium, Denmark and Sweden. That list is in fact NetEnt’s game blacklist from clause 64.2 of the terms: it decides where NetEnt slots can be shown, not where you can open an account. Game studios add their own blocks, so the lobby you see depends on your location.

Bonuses have a separate, longer exclusion list. Clause 1.15 of the general bonus terms names Excluded Territories whose players receive no bonus, free spins or free bets, including France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Spain, Lithuania, the United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.

• UK players: only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005. GAMSTOP self-exclusion covers UKGC-licensed sites only. Supacasi is not UKGC-licensed and bars UK residents in clause 2.5.4, so it is not for UK players.
• United States: the USA is on the account restriction list. Supacasi is not for US players.
• Netherlands: Supacasi holds no licence from the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), and Dutch residents are excluded from all bonuses. We found no KSA fine against Famagousta B.V., but without a KSA licence the site is not a legal option for Dutch players.
• Sweden: Supacasi has no Spelinspektionen licence, so Spelpaus, the Swedish national self-exclusion register, does not apply to it, and NetEnt games are blocked for Swedish connections under clause 64.2.
• Canada: a Canadian connection was shown prices in Canadian dollars and Interac in the cashier. Ontario runs its own regulated market for operators registered with the AGCO, and Supacasi’s Curaçao licence does not make it part of that market. If gambling is causing problems in Ontario, ConnexOntario is on 1-866-531-2600.
• Finland: a Finnish connection saw a different, smaller welcome package and a cashier with Zimpler, Skrill and Neteller but no crypto methods.

Welcome Casino Package: the offer and its terms

The homepage headline reads “350% up to EUR 2000 & 1000 FS”. The 350% is simply the three deposit percentages added together (125 + 100 + 125); no single deposit is matched at 350%. From Irish and New Zealand connections, the promotion page splits the package like this:

A Finnish connection was shown a different package: 100% up to EUR 250 + 50 spins, 75% up to EUR 500 + 100 spins and 50% up to EUR 750 + 350 spins on Big Bass Splash, up to EUR 1,500 and 500 spins in total, with 35x wagering. Check the version your own account is offered before you deposit.

Note a conflict in the documents. Clause 58.3.4 of the general terms gives a default of 45x deposit plus bonus for casino bonuses, while the package page says 30x. The general bonus terms apply “unless otherwise stated”, so the 30x on the offer page should govern, but it is worth confirming with support before you deposit.

Worked example: EUR 100 first deposit

Deposit EUR 100 and pick the first-deposit offer. You receive a 125% bonus of EUR 125 and 250 free spins, so your casino balance is EUR 225. The wagering requirement is 30 x (EUR 100 + EUR 125) = EUR 6,750 of slot turnover, to be completed within 30 days.

At a typical slot return to player of 96%, the expected loss is about 4% of everything you stake. Over EUR 6,750 that is about EUR 270, more than double the EUR 125 bonus. With the EUR 5 maximum stake, clearing the requirement takes at least 1,350 spins. If you get lucky, the default cap in bonus term D 1.2 limits winnings from a 125% bonus to 8 times the deposit, so EUR 800 on a EUR 100 deposit.

Claiming the full package costs much more. Depositing EUR 600, EUR 750 and EUR 400 for the maximum EUR 2,000 in bonuses creates wagering of EUR 40,500, EUR 45,000 and EUR 27,000: EUR 112,500 in total. At 96% RTP the expected loss on that turnover is about EUR 4,500, against EUR 2,000 of bonus money. On average, bonus money at these terms buys playing time, not profit. Welcome Crypto COMBO

Players who make their first deposit in cryptocurrency can take the Welcome Crypto COMBO instead: 150% up to 1 BTC plus 150 free spins on Reels of Wealth (EUR 0.10 each). It cannot be combined with other bonuses, so it replaces the casino package rather than adding to it.

• Minimum deposit EUR 30 in crypto (C$50 from a Canadian connection).
• The terms cap the bonus at EUR 100,000, below the market value of 1 BTC.
• Wagering is 40x the bonus amount, not deposit plus bonus. Free spin winnings also need 40x and must be wagered within 48 hours.
• Same game weights as the casino package; live casino is excluded. Max bet EUR 5, min bet EUR 0.50.
• 30 days to activate and 30 days to complete the wagering.

Worked example: a EUR 100 crypto deposit brings a EUR 150 bonus. Wagering is 40 x EUR 150 = EUR 6,000, with an expected loss of about EUR 240 at 96% RTP. Because 150% falls in the 150% to 199% band of bonus term D 1.2, winnings are capped at 6 times the deposit, EUR 600 here. Weekly reloads and other casino promotions

Supacasi runs a promotion for every day of the week. All figures below come from the promotion pages loaded from Ireland on 8 October 2026; each is open to new and existing players, once per person per day.

The Thursday cashback is the most useful of these for most players, because 1x wagering on the cashback is light. Free spin winnings are capped at EUR 100 unless a promotion says otherwise (bonus terms E 1.10), and live casino bonuses count at 20% on roulette, 10% on blackjack and 5% on baccarat. The VIP page offers a personal account manager, faster withdrawals and personalised offers. A single deposit of EUR 1,000 or more makes you an “instant VIP”; otherwise the VIP team invites players based on activity. No points table or tier structure is published. Free spins, chips and loyalty bonuses are only given to fully verified players (bonus terms 1.4), and loyalty or cashback winnings are capped at 5 times the bonus.

Sportsbook offers

New sports bettors choose between two first-deposit offers; neither can be combined with another promotion.

Worked example for the sports bonus: deposit EUR 100, receive EUR 100, and you must place 6 x EUR 200 = EUR 1,200 of qualifying bets at odds of 1.70 or more. That is a far lighter requirement than the casino package. The general terms (58.3.4) quote 10x for sports bonuses, so the 6x on the offer page is the figure to confirm. Under 3x the free bet, the EUR 25 free bet can return at most EUR 75 in winnings, and the stake is deducted from the payout. Separately, clause 62.9 says that before the first payout a player must bet 100% of the deposit at minimum odds of 1.50.

Payments: deposit methods and limits

The cashier list is visible before registration, but it changes with your country. The table below shows the deposit methods and ranges the payments page displayed to an Irish connection on 8 October 2026. Withdrawal limits per method appear only inside an account; the cashier says withdrawals return to the same account the money came from (terms 9.11.1).

Other connections saw other methods. From Finland the cashier showed Zimpler (up to EUR 15,000), Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard (each EUR 25 to EUR 2,000) and no crypto. New Zealand added Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard to the crypto list. Canada showed Interac (C$10 to C$3,000), AstroPay and Neosurf. Payz did not appear in any of the cashiers we saw. No fees appear in the cashier list, but the terms allow some. Clause 9.12 lets the operator charge withdrawal administration costs “as indicated on the Website”, clause 60.3 allows processing costs to be passed on when a deposit is not used for betting, and clause 63.4 requires every deposit to be wagered at least 3 times. Each of two chargeback reminders costs EUR 50 (clause 7.2), and an account with no log-in for six months can be charged EUR 10 a month (clause 6.2).

Withdrawal limits and verification (KYC)

• Caps: EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 25,000 per calendar month per account (clause 63.1), subject to method, verification status, account history and loyalty status. Amounts above the limit go back to your balance for later days or months.
• Large wins: wins above EUR 30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments; progressive jackpot wins are paid in full (63.1 and 63.3).
• Single-deposit cap: with only one deposit, you can withdraw at most 15 times that deposit (63.2).
• Processing: up to 72 hours after the payments department approves the request (62.1).
• Verification: photo ID before the first payout (62.1); full verification is mandatory once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach EUR 2,000 (56.10.1).
• Documents: passport, driving licence or ID card (front and back), a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months, and proof of each payment method. Crypto users send a transaction screenshot and a wallet profile screenshot. Selfies with ID or a video call may also be requested.
• Timing: the KYC policy asks for documents within 48 hours of a payout request and says they are reviewed within 3 business days. Requesting documents cancels any pending withdrawal, and an account not verified within 30 days is frozen (56.10.1 and 56.10.2).

Two documents contradict each other on player funds. Clause 3.3 of the terms says player funds are kept separate from the company’s own funds, while clause 13 of the dispute resolution page says the company “does not hold Users’ funds in segregated or separately protected bank accounts”. Games and software

The slots lobby lists studios with a game count for each. An Irish connection saw 117 studios whose counts add up to about 15,100 titles; a Finnish connection saw 123 studios and about 17,000. Counts below are from the Finnish connection; some studios, Pragmatic Play among them, were hidden from Irish and Canadian connections. Large catalogues come from KA Gaming (962), Pragmatic Play (648), Spinomenal (546), InBet (529), Yggdrasil (513), Play’n GO (479), Playtech (460), VoltEnt (412) and Hacksaw Gaming (384). NetEnt, now part of Evolution, appears with 135 games, alongside Red Tiger (176), Relax Gaming (145), Quickspin (124), Nolimit City (95), Thunderkick (95) and Push Gaming (63). Novomatic, Betsoft, BGaming, Booming Games, Endorphina and Evoplay are also listed. We found no Games Global titles in the studio list.

The live casino section offers live roulette and live blackjack categories, but the pages we loaded did not name the live studios, so we do not list them. The site also has a jackpots page, tournaments and a crash games category.

Supacasi does not publish RTP figures per game or a payout report. Its fairness page says RNG games use a random number generator and that products are supplied by licensed companies, without naming a testing lab. Individual game rules and RTP are usually in each game’s info screen.

Mobile play and customer support

Supacasi runs as a web app in the browser; we found no App Store, Google Play or APK link on the homepage. The same lobby, cashier and promotions load on a phone.

Support is offered by live chat, which the contact page says is open “everyday 24/7”, and by email at [email protected], also stated as 24/7. The contact page lists English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish as supported languages. There is no phone number. Self-exclusion and account closure must be requested by email, not through chat.

Responsible gambling tools

The tools the operator lists are:

• Limits: limits can be set in the “My Account” section. Decreases apply at once; increases or removals take effect 24 hours after the request (terms 4.2).
• Time-out: a short break during which you cannot deposit, withdraw or play; it can only be revoked after 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: by email only. The account first goes into a 24-hour cooling-off period, then support offers fixed exclusion periods and waits for your reply. If you do not answer within another 24 hours, the account is reopened. Self-exclusion does not extend to other brands under the same licence (terms 8.4).
• Age: 18+, or the legal gambling age where you live if higher.

Clause 63.1 of the terms limits withdrawals to EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 25,000 per calendar month. Wins above EUR 30,000 can be paid in monthly instalments, progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, and a player with only one deposit can cash out at most 15 times that deposit.

Can I play at Supacasi from the UK, the US or Australia?

No. Clause 2.5.4 of the terms bars players from the USA, Curaçao, Malta, the UK, Spain, Lithuania and Australia from opening an account. Supacasi holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it may not serve players in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP does not apply to it.

Is Supacasi available to Dutch players?

The Netherlands is not on the account restriction list, but it is on the list of Excluded Territories in the general bonus terms, so Dutch residents cannot receive bonuses. Supacasi has no licence from the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), which means it is not a legal option for players in the Netherlands.
