A Neosurf casino is an online casino that accepts Neosurf, a prepaid voucher you buy with cash or online and redeem with a 10-character PIN. You deposit without sharing card or bank details, and you can only spend what is on the voucher. Neosurf works for deposits only; to withdraw, you need a second method. As of 8 October 2026, Goldroll is the casino we work with that lists Neosurf in its cashier. Neosurf is run by NS Cards France SAS in Paris, and the old claim on this page that it is “FCA licensed” is not supported by Neosurf’s own legal notice, so we have removed it.

Ratings on this page follow the six weighted criteria on our how we rate casinos page, where licence for your country carries 30% and payments 20%.

Disclosure: 99casinos.com may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this page. A casino only appears here if its own site lists Neosurf as a deposit method.

Goldroll used to be licensed in Malta under its previous operator. The Malta register still shows the old licence and the old .com address, which now redirects to the Anjouan-licensed .io site, so treat Goldroll as an Anjouan casino. The Anjouan authority does not handle complaints itself: you go through the operator first, which has 30 days to answer, and then to an operator-paid dispute service.

How Neosurf works

Neosurf was created in 2004 as a local payment solution for paying online without giving personal details. There are two products:

  • Neosurf voucher. A printed or digital code bought at a point of sale or online. Values vary by country and currency. You type the PIN at checkout and the amount is taken from the voucher.
  • myNeosurf account. An online account anyone over 18 can open for free. You load it by bank transfer or with cash vouchers, pay at partner sites, and receive funds from partner sites. Money in the account can be withdrawn to your bank or to a Neosurf cash voucher; Neosurf says fees may apply to withdrawals, and higher limits need identity verification.

How to deposit with Neosurf, step by step

  1. Buy a voucher from a Neosurf point of sale or Neosurf’s online shop. Neosurf’s site has a point-of-sale finder.
  2. Check the balance on Neosurf’s own Check Voucher page if you are unsure. Never enter the PIN on any other site that offers to “check” it.
  3. Choose Neosurf in the casino cashier and enter the amount.
  4. Type the 10-character PIN. If the voucher holds more than you deposit, the rest stays on the code for later.
  5. The balance usually updates at once. If it does not, contact the casino first; Neosurf says the partner can check the payment with Neosurf’s records.

Deposits and withdrawals: limits, fees and times

Neosurf voucher myNeosurf account
Deposit to casino Yes, instant once the PIN is accepted Yes, at casinos that support it
Withdrawal from casino No Only where the casino pays out to myNeosurf
Casino minimum Set by the casino (EUR 20 at Goldroll) Set by the casino
Opening cost Not applicable Free to open
Other fees 5% on a refunded voucher amount Fees may apply to withdrawals from the account
Identity check None to buy a voucher; the casino still verifies you Required for higher limits

Your identity check at the casino does not disappear because you paid with a voucher. Licensed casinos must verify you before paying out, so expect to upload ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal.

How to withdraw when you deposited with Neosurf

Plan this before your first deposit. At most casinos the options are:

  • Bank transfer. The usual route at Goldroll, which processes bank withdrawals the same working day according to its payments page. See our wire transfer casinos guide for timing and fees.
  • An e-wallet in your name. Skrill or Neteller, where the casino offers payouts to them. Our Skrill casinos page explains the process.
  • myNeosurf, if the casino supports payouts to it.

Goldroll pays withdrawals only to a method in your own name. Because a voucher cannot receive money, ask support which method it will use before you deposit large amounts.

Where Neosurf is available, and the law

Neosurf describes its vouchers as available worldwide in several currencies, with values and outlets that differ by country. Whether you may use it at a casino depends on your country’s gambling law, not on Neosurf:

Market Rule for online casinos Goldroll
Great Britain UK Gambling Commission licence required (Gambling Act 2005) Barred in its terms
France Online casino games are not licensed for private operators Barred in its terms
Australia Online casino services may not be offered to Australians (Interactive Gambling Act 2001) Not listed by us for Australia
Ontario Only operators registered with the AGCO and contracted with iGaming Ontario Barred in its terms
Rest of Canada Provincial sites are the lawful online casinos (Criminal Code s. 207) Accepts players outside Ontario
New Zealand Online Casino Gambling Act 2026: from 1 December 2026 only operators in the licensing process may serve New Zealand Not listed by us for New Zealand

Neosurf is popular in Australia, but no online casino may be offered to Australians and the regulator ACMA blocks illegal sites, so we do not list casinos for Australian residents. Our legal casinos guide explains how to check whether a casino may serve your country.

Neosurf compared with other prepaid methods

Method Code Withdrawals Account option
Neosurf 10-character PIN Not to a voucher myNeosurf
Paysafecard 16-digit PIN Only where the casino supports my paysafecard payouts my paysafecard
Flexepin 16-digit PIN No None
CashtoCode Barcode paid in cash at a shop No None

For a closer look at the most common alternative, see our paysafecard casinos guide. All methods we cover are on the casino payment methods hub.

Staying safe with Neosurf

Neosurf voucher fraud usually starts outside the casino. Someone asks you to pay with a Neosurf PIN by phone, email or on a classified site such as eBay or Gumtree, or offers to “verify” your code. Neosurf says the voucher is only valid on approved partner sites and that you should never give the code to anyone else. If you think a voucher has been stolen, tell Neosurf through its contact form straight away; it can try to block the code while it investigates.

Pros and cons of Neosurf at casinos

Pros Cons
No bank or card details shared with the casino No withdrawals to a voucher
You can only spend what you bought Often excluded from welcome bonuses
Instant deposits 5% fee on voucher refunds
Cash purchase possible Not offered by many licensed casinos

UK players

Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers those sites. Goldroll is not UKGC-licensed, bars the UK in its terms and is not aimed at UK residents.

US players

Goldroll does not accept players from the United States, and no casino on this page is aimed at US residents.

Play safely

You must be 18 or older, or older where local law says so. A prepaid voucher is a useful spending cap, but it is no substitute for deposit limits in your casino account; Goldroll sets them through live chat or email, with decreases applied immediately. Frequently asked questions

Which online casinos accept Neosurf?

Of the casinos we work with, Goldroll lists Neosurf in its deposit methods, alongside Flexepin, CashtoCode and Paysafecard (checked 8 October 2026). Goldroll’s terms bar the UK, US, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Austria and Ontario, so it is not an option there.

Can I withdraw casino winnings to Neosurf?

Not to a voucher. A Neosurf voucher is a one-way payment code. Some casinos can pay into a myNeosurf account, which you can then withdraw to your bank, but most casinos ask you to choose another method such as a bank transfer or an e-wallet for payouts.

Is Neosurf safe for casino deposits?

The voucher keeps your bank and card details away from the casino, and you can only lose the value of the code. The main risk is fraud: Neosurf warns never to give a PIN by phone, email or to a seller on a classified site. Use it only at casinos that hold a licence valid for your country.

Is Neosurf regulated by the FCA?

Neosurf’s own legal notice names NS Cards France SAS in Paris as the company behind the brand and does not cite an FCA authorisation. Older casino pages, including a previous version of this one, said it was FCA licensed; we have removed that claim.

Can I get a refund on an unused Neosurf voucher?

Yes, through Neosurf’s support, not the shop. Neosurf says resellers cannot refund a code, every refund requires an identity check, and a 5% fee is taken from the refunded amount.

Does a Neosurf deposit qualify for casino bonuses?

It depends on the casino. Goldroll’s bonus terms exclude e-wallet and voucher deposits such as Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard from casino bonuses, so check the excluded methods before you deposit with Neosurf for a welcome offer.
