Neteller casinos are online casinos where you can pay in and cash out with a Neteller e-wallet. Neteller belongs to Paysafe, like Skrill, and its fee page names Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, as the provider. Casino deposits are instant and approved withdrawals usually reach the wallet within minutes. Moving money on to your bank costs 1.75% (minimum USD 3.50, from 12 January 2026), and Neteller does not operate in the USA. None of the casinos we currently list confirms Neteller (checked 19 October 2026), so there is no casino list on this page for now; Neteller’s own fees, checked on 8 October 2026, are below.

Disclosure: 99casinos.com may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this page. Partner brands are listed first, but only where the operator’s own payments information shows the method; that never changes the facts below.

None of the casinos we currently list confirms Neteller, so there is no list on this page for now. We checked the public pages of all five on 19 October 2026: their FAQs or terms mention e-wallets without naming any, their payment logos show cards, the bank payment services Giropay and Sofort, Apple Pay and crypto, and none shows its cashier before you register. Compare the methods they do show on our casino payment methods hub, and each operator’s details in our casino reviews.

UK players

Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain (Gambling Act 2005). GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC-licensed sites. None of the casinos we list is UKGC-licensed, and all of them exclude UK residents in their terms. UKGC-licensed casinos that accept Neteller must make sure the wallet is not funded by a credit card. If you live in Great Britain, choose a UKGC licensee and check it on the Commission’s public register before you deposit.

Neteller limits, fees and payout times

Neteller’s figures are from its fee page, read on 8 October 2026. Each casino sets its own minimum deposit, withdrawal limits and processing time on top.

Where Minimum deposit Withdrawal limits Fees Processing time
Neteller wallet Upload fee 2.5% for most methods (bank deposit 0 to 1%, paysafecard 0 to 5%) Depend on your verification level Withdraw to bank 1.75%, minimum USD 3.50; currency conversion up to 3.99%; sending money 2.99%, minimum USD 0.50 Payments to a casino are instant

Neteller charges USD 5 (or the equivalent) a month if you neither log in nor transact for six months. The Net+ prepaid Mastercard costs USD 10 to order and USD 10 a year, and ATM withdrawals with it cost 1.75% (minimum USD 1).

How to use Neteller at a casino

  1. Open a Neteller account in the same name you use at the casino. You must be 18 or older.
  2. Verify the account with ID so the wallet limits are high enough for your deposits.
  3. Load the wallet. A local bank deposit is the cheapest route where it is offered; most other methods cost 2.5%.
  4. Choose Neteller in the casino cashier, log in to Neteller and confirm the amount.
  5. To withdraw, select Neteller in the withdrawal menu. After the casino’s review, the money is credited to the wallet.

Remember the bonus rule: many casinos exclude e-wallet deposits such as Neteller and Skrill, and vouchers such as paysafecard, from casino bonuses. Use a card or bank payment for any deposit you want a bonus on.

Which countries can use Neteller?

Neteller serves the UK, the EEA, Canada and many other countries. It keeps a list of non-serviced countries on its website, which changes from time to time, so check it before you sign up. The USA is the notable gap: Neteller says it does not operate there and points American visitors to Skrill USA. That history goes back to 2007, when Neteller’s operators settled with US prosecutors, forfeiting USD 136 million, of which about USD 94 million was returned to US customers.

At the casino end, your country must also be accepted. Every casino we currently list bars the UK, the US, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria and Australia.

Is Neteller anonymous?

No. Neteller verifies who you are, and so does every licensed casino before paying out. What Neteller does give you is separation: the casino sees a Neteller account, not your card number or bank account. Your bank statement shows a payment to Neteller rather than to a casino, which some players value, but the casino will still hold your ID documents. The casinos we list, for example, ask for photo ID, a selfie holding the ID and proof of address on any withdrawal request or after EUR 2,000 in lifetime deposits.

Is Neteller safe for gambling payments?

Neteller is a regulated e-money service, and the provider must safeguard customers’ e-money. That is different from a bank deposit guarantee, and a Neteller payment gives you no right to reverse a deposit if a casino will not pay. The safety question is therefore mainly about the casino: check its licence in the regulator’s register and know which dispute body handles complaints. Our guide to safe casinos walks through it.

Pros and cons of Neteller

  • Pro: instant deposits and quick payouts once approved.
  • Pro: keeps card and bank details away from the casino.
  • Pro: widely supported by both licensed and offshore casinos outside the US.
  • Con: often excluded from welcome bonuses.
  • Con: 2.5% upload fee on most methods and 1.75% to withdraw to a bank.
  • Con: not available in the USA.

Neteller alternatives

Skrill is Neteller’s sister wallet and is cheaper to load by card in the EEA (up to 1.25%). Payz, formerly ecoPayz, is the other long-running casino e-wallet. Players who want no wallet at all can use a Trustly bank payment where it is available. Compare every option on our casino payment methods hub.

Common Neteller problems at casinos

Most failed Neteller payments come down to the same few causes. Here is what usually lies behind each one and what to do.

Problem Usual cause What to do
Neteller is not in the cashier The casino does not offer it in your country, or only offers it for withdrawals after a deposit Check the cashier after logging in; method availability often depends on your country
Deposit declined Not enough balance, a wallet limit reached, or a different name on the two accounts Verify your Neteller account to raise its limits and use the same name at both
No bonus after a Neteller deposit E-wallet deposits are excluded from the offer Read the bonus terms first; our welcome bonuses guide explains common exclusions
Withdrawal stays pending The casino’s review and identity checks Send ID and proof of address early. Compare stated times on our fast payout casinos page
Withdrawal to Neteller refused You deposited with a different method, so the casino pays back to that one first Withdraw to the method you used, or ask support which route applies
Money lost on the way to your bank Neteller’s fee for moving money to a bank (1.75%, minimum USD 3.50) and currency conversion Keep the wallet in the same currency as your casino account, or compare the fees at Skrill

How we checked

We read Neteller’s fee page on 8 October 2026 and checked the public pages of every casino we list for Neteller on 19 October 2026. Casinos that show it are scored with the method on our how we rate casinos page, where payments carry 20%. We did not make test deposits.

Play safely

Online gambling is for adults only: 18+ in most countries and higher in some. Set a deposit limit in the casino account before your first payment, and never use a payment method to chase losses. GamCare runs the free National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Our responsible gambling guide lists help lines by country, plus self-exclusion tools and bank gambling blocks.
