- 2.6 out of 5How we rate
Lapilanders Casino is a casino and sportsbook at lapilanders.com run by L.C.S Limited, a Maltese company that holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/233/2013. Its strengths are a real EU licence that we confirmed in the MGA register, a very large lobby (the operator claims more than 14,000 games) and a full week of reload offers. Its weaknesses are just as clear: 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, winnings caps tied to your deposit, withdrawals of no more than EUR 1,000 per transaction and a set of terms that contradict each other in places. Experienced players outside the restricted list who read terms before they deposit will get the most from it. UK, US and Dutch residents are all excluded.
This review is desk research. We checked the operator’s terms and conditions (version 1.19), the general bonus terms (last updated 13 February 2026), every promotion page, the cashier pages, the responsible gaming page and the licence register on 8 October 2026, loading the site through Irish, Canadian, Finnish and New Zealand connections because the offers and payment methods change by country. We do not claim deposits, play sessions or measured payout times. Where two of the operator’s own documents disagree, we say so and quote both.

| Checked | 8 October 2026 |
The footer of every Lapilanders page and clause 1.1 of the terms name L.C.S Limited as both licensee and operator, and the MGA’s own authorisation page matches: the company, the address and the licence number are identical, and lapilanders.com appears in the list of website addresses attached to the licence.
The register also shows which suppliers the MGA has approved for this licence. For casino games it lists, among others, Play’n GO, Arrise Solutions (the Malta company behind Pragmatic Play), Playson, ELK Studios, LNW Gaming Malta (Light & Wonder), Ezugi, Wazdan, Habanero, Endorphina, Yggdrasil, Playtech and Pate Play. Sportsbook suppliers on the record are Altenar, Soft Construct and Delasport. The operator’s own terms are older than the register: clause 1.2.2 still names several suppliers by company names that have since changed, and clause 9.1 still refers to Yandex.Money. Clearly the document has not been fully revised for some time.
What does an MGA licence mean if something goes wrong? Less than many players expect. The MGA’s Player Support Unit stopped ruling on individual disputes on 1 April 2019, so a dispute over a withdrawal or a bonus goes to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body instead. For L.C.S Limited the approved ADR body is MADRE, and clause 25.6 of the terms says MADRE handles claims free of charge. The same clause still points players to the MGA for complaints that a service is unlawful, unsafe, unfair or not transparent, which is a regulatory route rather than a way to get a payout decided.
L.C.S Limited does have an enforcement record in the Netherlands. The Dutch regulator, the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), issued an order subject to penalty payments (last onder dwangsom) on 1 September 2022 over illegal games offered to Dutch players on sons-of-slots.com, one of its sister sites. On 12 October 2023 the KSA fined the company EUR 2,074,000 for offering online games of chance in the Netherlands without a licence on sonsofslots.com. A re-check in October 2023 found illegal games on yugibet.com, another site on the same licence, so the KSA collected EUR 165,000 in forfeited penalty payments (collection decision of 2 May 2024, announced on 11 June 2024). The KSA’s L.C.S Limited decision page also lists decisions on the company’s objections dated 5 November 2024 and 4 March 2025. None of these decisions names lapilanders.com, but they concern the same company and licence. We found no MGA or Spelinspektionen action against L.C.S Limited in our checks on 8 October 2026.
Keep in mind what the licence does not say: it shows the company is authorised in Malta, not that playing at Lapilanders is legal where you live. Clause 2.7 of the terms says the same thing in plain words and puts the responsibility on the player.
Sister sites on the same licence
The MGA record lists 37 web addresses under MGA/B2C/233/2013. Besides lapilanders.com they include slotshammer.com, sonsofslots.com, svenplay.com, wallacebet.com, campeon.bet, 21.red, nordscasino.com, nucleonbet.com, betsamigo.com, bonusbet.com, valhallawins.com, freespinza.com and kudosbet.com, plus some duplicate spellings of the same brands. Our Slotshammer Casino review covers one of these sister sites. Expect very similar terms, bonus structures and cashier rules across the group.
One consequence matters for anyone who uses self-exclusion. Clause 8.4 says that closing or self-excluding your Lapilanders account does not automatically exclude you from other brands on the same licence. If you need a break, contact each brand you hold an account with, or use device-level blocking software.
Not the same company as SupaCasi
SupaCasi looks almost identical to Lapilanders because it runs on the same platform, but it is operated by a different company, Famagousta B.V., under a Curaçao licence. Its terms, licence and complaint routes are therefore not the same as those described here. See our SupaCasi Casino review for that brand.
Which countries Lapilanders accepts
Clause 2.6.4 of the terms lists the “Excluded Territories” from which no customers are accepted: Afghanistan, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bangladesh, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Macao, Malaysia, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Reunion, Saint Martin (France), San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Sint Maarten (Netherlands), Spain, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Taiwan, Tunisia, Uganda, the United Kingdom, the United States, the US Virgin Islands, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
Clause 1.15 of the general bonus terms repeats almost the same list as the territories that cannot receive any bonus, free spins or free bets. The old version of this review said Malta was excluded. That is no longer true: Malta is on neither list as of October 2026.
Clause 12.10 adds a practical warning. If the casino finds that you disguised your IP address, for example with a VPN, it may void winnings, forfeit the balance and close the account. Using a VPN to get around the country list is the quickest way to lose a withdrawal.
UK players
Only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC-licensed sites. Lapilanders is not UKGC-licensed, the United Kingdom is on its excluded list, and it is not for UK residents.
United States
The United States and the US Virgin Islands are excluded under clause 2.6.4. Lapilanders is not for US players.
Netherlands
Only operators licensed by the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) may offer online gambling in the Netherlands. Lapilanders holds no KSA licence and lists the Netherlands as excluded, so it is not for Dutch players. The KSA fined L.C.S Limited EUR 2,074,000 on 12 October 2023 for serving Dutch players through its sister site sonsofslots.com, as described in the licence section above.
Sweden
Sweden is not on the excluded list, but Lapilanders has no licence from Spelinspektionen. That means Spelpaus, the Swedish national self-exclusion register, does not apply there, and the protections of the Swedish Gambling Act do not either.
Canada and Ontario
Canada is not excluded, and the site runs a Canadian dollar cashier with Interac. Ontario is a separate case. There, online casino games may only be offered by operators registered with the AGCO that operate under an agreement with iGaming Ontario; an MGA licence on its own is not enough. Lapilanders shows only its MGA licence, so it is not a regulated option for Ontario residents. Ontario residents who need help can call ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600.
Finland, Norway and Germany
Lapilanders offers Finnish-language support and Trustly for Finnish accounts, but it is not licensed in Finland. Finland’s new gambling act was confirmed on 16 January 2026, licence applications opened on 1 March 2026 and the licensed market is due to start on 1 July 2027. Norway has run a payment ban on unlicensed gambling since 1 June 2010 and DNS blocking since 1 January 2025, so Norwegian-language support does not make the site Norwegian-licensed. In Germany, offers that are not on the GGL’s official whitelist count as unauthorised; the site shows only its Maltese licence.
Welcome Casino Package: three deposits, one set of rules
The headline reads “350% up to EUR 2,000 and 1,000 free spins”. The 350 % is simply the three match percentages added together. In practice the package is three separate bonuses, each with its own cap, each claimed by choosing the offer from the drop-down list in the cashier before you deposit at least EUR 25. All free spins are paid on Pragmatic Play’s Bigger Bass Splash at EUR 0.10 per spin.
| Deposit | Match | Maximum bonus | Free spins | Deposit needed for the full bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 125% | EUR 750 | 250 (face value EUR 25) | EUR 600 |
| 2nd | 100% | EUR 750 | 250 (face value EUR 25) | EUR 750 |
| 3rd | 125% | EUR 500 | 500 (face value EUR 50) | EUR 400 |
| Total | 350% (headline) | EUR 2,000 | 1,000 (face value EUR 100) | EUR 1,750 |
Bonus terms table
| Term | Rule | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Eligibility | New players only, once, on the first three deposits; not available in the bonus-excluded territories; casino bonuses go only to fully verified players | Promotion terms 1; general bonus terms 1.4, 1.15 |
| Minimum deposit | EUR 25 per deposit | Promotion terms 5 |
| Wagering | 30x deposit plus bonus; free spin winnings 30x | Promotion terms 10 and 11 |
| What counts | Slots 100%, virtual games 50%, table games 20%, “lucky games” 50%; live casino cannot be used; a long list of named slots does not count at all | General bonus terms A 1.4 and 1.5 |
| Bet limits | Minimum EUR 0.50 per spin to count; maximum EUR 5 per spin or 15% of the bonus, whichever is lower | General bonus terms A 1.2 and 1.3; terms 58.3.10 |
| Time limit | 30 days from activation to finish wagering; free spins valid 7 days after activation | Promotion terms 12 and 13 |
| Maximum winnings | 8x the deposit for a 120% to 149% bonus (1st and 3rd deposits); 10x the deposit for a 100% to 119% bonus (2nd deposit); free spin winnings EUR 100 unless stated otherwise | General bonus terms D 1.2 and E 1.10 |
| Order of play | Real money is used before bonus money; only one bonus can be active | General bonus terms 1.5 and 1.14 |
| Cancelling | Allowed, but the bonus, its winnings and any amount wagered are removed from the balance | General bonus terms 1.13 |
Worked example: EUR 100 first deposit
Say you deposit EUR 100 and pick the first-deposit offer. The 125 % match adds EUR 125, so your balance is EUR 225 and the wagering requirement is 30 x EUR 225 = EUR 6,750 in qualifying bets. On slots that count 100 %, that is at least 1,350 spins at the EUR 5 maximum, or 13,500 spins at the EUR 0.50 minimum that still counts.
A slot with a 96 % return to player keeps about 4 % of every euro wagered over the long run. Over EUR 6,750 of turnover the expected loss is about EUR 270. That is more than twice the EUR 125 bonus and more than the whole EUR 225 balance, so on average the balance runs out before the wagering is finished. Slots are volatile, so some players will still finish ahead. If you do finish, the most you can take out of this bonus is 8 x EUR 100 = EUR 800.
Table games make it far harder. They count 20 %, so the same EUR 6,750 requirement means EUR 33,750 of table bets, and many blackjack, roulette and baccarat titles are on the excluded list anyway.
The full package, maximum route
| Deposit | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering (30x deposit plus bonus) | Expected loss at 96% RTP | Winnings cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | EUR 600 | EUR 750 | EUR 40,500 | EUR 1,620 | EUR 4,800 (8x) |
| 2nd | EUR 750 | EUR 750 | EUR 45,000 | EUR 1,800 | EUR 7,500 (10x) |
| 3rd | EUR 400 | EUR 500 | EUR 27,000 | EUR 1,080 | EUR 3,200 (8x) |
| Total | EUR 1,750 | EUR 2,000 | EUR 112,500 | EUR 4,500 | n/a |
Taking every euro of the EUR 2,000 means depositing EUR 1,750 and wagering EUR 112,500 inside three 30-day windows, with every spin at EUR 5 or less. The expected cost of that turnover, about EUR 4,500, is more than double the bonus on offer. At the minimum, three EUR 25 deposits bring bonuses of EUR 31.25, EUR 25 and EUR 31.25; on the first one, the 15 % rule caps your stake at about EUR 4.69 rather than EUR 5.
Where the terms contradict each other
Three documents govern this bonus: the promotion page, the General Promotions and Bonus Terms, and section 58 of the general terms. They do not always agree:
- Wagering: the promotion page says 30x deposit plus bonus. Clause 58.3.4 of the general terms says casino bonuses carry 45x deposit plus bonus.
- Free spin winnings: 30x on the promotion page, 35x in the general bonus terms (E 1.4) and 20x in clause 58.3.4.
- Validity: 30 days on the promotion page and in clause 58.3.1, but 10 days for all deposit bonuses in the general bonus terms (D 1.1).
- No-deposit offers: the general bonus terms require 3x the deposit to be wagered before no-deposit winnings can be withdrawn; clause 58.3.8 says 1x.
The general bonus terms state that they prevail over the general terms where the two conflict, and the promotion page is the most specific document. Even so, if you take the offer, save a copy of the promotion page on the day you claim it and ask live chat to confirm in writing which wagering figure applies to your bonus.
Rules that catch players out
The general bonus terms list “irregular play” that can cost you the bonus and the winnings. Among them: any betting system such as Martingale, even-money bets on games of chance, switching from high-variance to low-variance bets to clear wagering, placing more than 100 % of the deposit in one bet while a deposit bonus is active, and keeping a bonus feature for later to collect after the bonus has gone. Clause 63.2 of the general terms adds that every deposit must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal, even without a bonus. For a wider view of how this compares, see our guide to casino welcome bonuses.
Sportsbook welcome offers
New sports bettors choose between two first-deposit offers. Each says it cannot be combined with any other promotion, and the casino package also uses the first deposit, so in practice you pick one of the three.
| Term | Welcome Sports Bonus | Welcome Sports Freebet |
|---|---|---|
| Offer | 100% up to EUR 100 | EUR 25 free bet |
| Minimum deposit | EUR 25 | EUR 25 |
| Wagering | 6x deposit plus bonus | Stake not returned; general terms add 1x on winnings (58.3.4) |
| Odds rule | Every bet needs at least one selection at 1.70 or more | Maximum odds 5.00 |
| Sports that count | Football, basketball, ice hockey, tennis; no handicap, draw no bet, cash-out or 0% margin bets | Football, basketball, ice hockey, tennis, volleyball; no handicap or draw no bet |
| Maximum stake | Equal to your deposit, never more than EUR 100 | EUR 25 (the free bet) |
| Time limit | 30 days from activation | 30 days from activation |
| Maximum winnings | 10x the deposit under the general bonus terms (100% band) | EUR 100 or 3x the free bet, whichever comes first, so EUR 75 |
For the sports bonus, a EUR 100 deposit brings EUR 100 extra and a requirement of 6 x EUR 200 = EUR 1,200 in qualifying bets. If the average bookmaker margin on your bets were 5 %, that turnover would cost about EUR 60 on average, which leaves the bonus with positive expected value for a careful bettor, as long as every bet sits at odds of 1.70 or more and stays within the EUR 100 maximum stake. That makes the sports bonus the fairest of the welcome offers on paper.
The free bet has a smaller upside. The stake is deducted from any return, and winnings stop at EUR 75 because three times the EUR 25 free bet is reached before the EUR 100 limit. Again the documents disagree: clause 58.3.9 of the general terms says free bets must go on single pre-match events at minimum odds of 2.00 with tennis excluded, while the promotion page sets a maximum of 5.00 and allows tennis.
Weekly reloads and other promotions
The promotions page runs a fixed weekly calendar. Each offer works on a single day from 00:00 to 23:59 CET/CEST and is open to new and existing players. The free spin offers move to Betsoft slots in countries where Pragmatic Play is not available.
| Day | Offer | Trigger | Wagering and limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | 100% casino reload up to EUR 200 | Deposit EUR 25 or more | 35x deposit plus bonus within 7 days; slots only, no live casino |
| Tuesday | 10 free spins per EUR 1 deposited on Bigger Bass Splash (EUR 0.10), 250 to 1,000 spins | Deposit EUR 25 or more | Free spin winnings 35x within 7 days |
| Wednesday | EUR 5 live casino bonus plus 150 free spins on Sweet Rush Bonanza (EUR 0.20) | Wager EUR 50 on live casino | Both 35x; credited within 72 hours |
| Thursday | 25% cashback on live casino real-money losses, EUR 5 to EUR 150 | Live casino play that day | 1x the cashback; winnings from cashback capped at 5x the cashback |
| Friday | 350 free spins on Gates of Olympus Super Scatter (EUR 0.20) | Deposit EUR 50 or more | Free spin winnings 35x within 7 days |
| Saturday | 100% live casino reload up to EUR 150 | Deposit EUR 25 or more | 35x deposit plus bonus within 7 days |
| Sunday | 350 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza 1000 (EUR 0.10) | Wager EUR 100 on slots | Free spin winnings 35x; credited within 72 hours |
The reloads are tougher than the welcome package. A EUR 100 Monday deposit brings EUR 100 extra and EUR 7,000 of wagering to finish in seven days, with an expected cost of about EUR 280 at 96 % RTP. The Saturday live reload is harsher still, because live roulette counts only 20 %, blackjack 10 % and baccarat 5 %. On roulette, the same EUR 7,000 requirement means EUR 35,000 of bets in a week, at no more than EUR 5 per bet, which is 7,000 rounds.
The Thursday cashback is the easiest offer to use: it carries only 1x wagering. The free spin days are cheap to take part in, but the winnings face 35x wagering and, under the general free spin terms, a EUR 100 cap unless the offer says otherwise. Our page on free spins bonuses explains why spin value and the winnings cap matter more than the number of spins.
Short campaigns run alongside the calendar. On 8 October 2026 the site showed “Endorphina Mega Spins”: wager EUR 50 on Endorphina slots between 8 and 13 October 2026 for 350 free spins on Lucky Streak 3 at EUR 0.50 each, or EUR 100 for 800 spins, credited on 14 October with 25x wagering on the winnings. The site also has tournaments, a jackpots section and a rewards area.
VIP club
The VIP page promises faster withdrawals, a dedicated account manager and personalised offers such as low-wagering deposit bonuses and cashback. Entry is by invitation based on how often you play, or “instantly” with a single deposit of EUR 1,000 or more. No tier table, cashback rate or written VIP terms are published, so treat the perks as discretionary.
Payments: deposit and withdrawal methods
The cashier changes with your country and currency (terms 59.1). The table shows the Irish cashier in euros as it appeared on 8 October 2026. Ranges are per transaction.
| Method | Deposit (min to max) | Withdrawal (min to max) | Stated processing time | Fees shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank payment (Noda) | EUR 25 to 5,000 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
| Visa | EUR 25 to 2,000 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
| Mastercard | EUR 25 to 2,000 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
| Neteller | EUR 25 to 25,000 | EUR 25 to 1,000 | Within 72 hours of approval | None shown |
| Skrill | EUR 25 to 25,000 | EUR 25 to 1,000 | Within 72 hours of approval | None shown |
| MiFinity eWallet | EUR 25 to 2,500 | EUR 25 to 1,000 | Within 72 hours of approval | None shown |
| Yaspa (open banking) | EUR 25 to 2,000 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
| Neosurf | EUR 25 to 1,000 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
| Flexepin | EUR 20 to 250 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
| Cashlib | EUR 25 to 150 | Not offered | Deposit instant | None shown |
“Instant” is the usual behaviour of these deposit methods, not a figure the operator publishes; the 72-hour figure comes from clause 62.1 of the terms. The important line is the withdrawal column. From an Irish account you can only cash out to Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity, so a player who deposits by card or bank transfer needs one of those e-wallets to get money back, and clause 9.10 says withdrawals go back to the deposit method “whenever possible”. If you plan to play here, our guides to Skrill casinos and Neteller casinos cover how those wallets handle gambling payments.
Other countries see different options:
- Canada (CAD): deposits by Interac (CA$25 to 3,000), Visa and Mastercard (CA$30 to 2,000), Neosurf and Flexepin; withdrawals only by Interac e-Transfer, CA$100 to 1,000 per transaction. Our Interac casino guide explains how e-Transfer withdrawals work.
- Finland (EUR): deposits by Trustly (EUR 25 to 15,000), Skrill, Paysafecard, Flexepin, Cashlib, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and Visa or Mastercard; withdrawals by Trustly (EUR 100 to 1,000) or Skrill (EUR 25 to 1,000).
- New Zealand (NZD): deposits from NZ$20 by Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, MiFinity, Skrill, Paysafecard, Neosurf and Flexepin.
We found no cryptocurrency, PayPal or Payz option in any of the four cashiers we loaded.
Withdrawal limits and timings
Clause 63.1 caps withdrawals at EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 25,000 per calendar month, and says the daily figure can be lower depending on the payment method, your verification status, account history, risk assessment and loyalty status. Wins above EUR 30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments, with any amount over the limits placed back in your balance for later days or months. With a EUR 1,000 cap per transaction in the Irish cashier, a EUR 5,000 withdrawal means five separate requests.
Two further clauses can slow the first payout. Clause 62.9 says that before the first payment the player must bet 100 % of the deposit at minimum odds of 1.50, a sportsbook-style anti-fraud rule. Clause 63.2 requires every deposit to be wagered at least three times. The VIP page promises faster withdrawals for members but gives no time.
Verification (KYC)
Under clause 56.10.1, verification becomes mandatory once your cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach EUR 2,000. The casino can ask for an identity card, bank card, bank statements, proof of address, source of wealth and source of funds, and in some cases a selfie with your ID or a video call. Documents are uploaded under My Profile, Documents. Two details are worth knowing before you start:
- When documents are requested, any pending withdrawal is cancelled, so you request it again after approval (56.10.1 and 56.10.2).
- If verification is not complete within 30 days of the request, the account is frozen for play and transactions, and refusing to provide documents can lead to the balance being confiscated (56.10.2).
The bonus terms also say casino bonuses, free spins and free bets go only to fully verified players (general bonus terms 1.4), so it makes sense to verify before you claim anything.
Fees, dormant accounts and chargebacks
The cashier pages show no fees, but clause 9.12 lets the casino charge administrative costs for withdrawals “as indicated on the Website”. After six months without a login, an account counts as dormant and can be charged EUR 10 a month, rising to EUR 15 a month after two years (clause 6.2). A chargeback blocks the account, and each of two written reminders that follow can cost a EUR 50 processing fee (clause 7.2). Clause 62.3 even sets a 20 % fine on deposits before paying out players who opened several accounts.
Games and providers
The About page claims more than 14,000 games. We did not count them, but the slot studio filter loaded from an Irish connection listed 71 studios, including Play’n GO, NetEnt, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming (all three part of Evolution), Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Quickspin, ELK Studios, Avatar UX, Novomatic, Playtech, Playson, Wazdan, Habanero, Betsoft, BGaming, Endorphina, Spribe and Games Global titles. Pragmatic Play was missing from that Irish list, which fits the promotion terms that move free spins to Betsoft games where Pragmatic Play is unavailable.
The lobby is organised into slots, bonus buy, crash games, new games, jackpots, “VIP specials” and seasonal collections. Remember the bonus restrictions: if you play with an active bonus, more than 400 named titles in the general bonus terms do not count towards wagering, including popular Pragmatic, NetEnt and Games Global releases, and clause 58.3.18 adds whole categories such as jackpot, video poker, roulette, blackjack and baccarat games.
The live casino carries tables labelled Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game show sections, and the MGA register also approves Eeze Entertainment and TV Žaidimai for this licence. The sportsbook runs on Altenar, the Type 2 supplier named in clause 1.2.3, with pre-match and live markets, bet builders, early payout options and a prediction-markets section.
None of the information pages we read publish return-to-player figures for the lobby, so check each game’s own help screen for its RTP before you play. Many slots are released in several RTP versions, and the casino’s terms do not say which version it runs.
Mobile and customer support
Lapilanders runs as a single web app in the browser, and we found no app store link or downloadable app on the pages we checked.
The Contact page offers two channels: live chat, which it describes as available every day, 24/7, and email at [email protected], also stated as 24/7. Support languages listed are English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. There is no phone line. The FAQ covers only account basics, so live chat is the practical route for bonus or withdrawal questions.
How to complain, step by step
- Contact support first. Send the complaint by email or live chat with as much detail as possible. Clause 25.1 promises a reply within 10 days, extendable by another 10 days with notice.
- Ask for a manager. If the answer does not satisfy you, clause 25.2 lets you ask for a manager or supervisor to review it.
- Go to MADRE. If the casino still cannot settle it, refer the case to MADRE, the ADR body approved on the MGA record. Clause 25.6 says this is free of charge, and the terms describe the decision as binding.
- Report regulatory concerns to the MGA. For conduct you believe is unlawful, unsafe, unfair or not transparent, the terms point to the MGA’s online gaming support form. Since 1 April 2019 the MGA does not rule on individual payout disputes.
Sports disputes have a shorter clock: clause 42.12 says claims about event results are reviewed within five days of the end of the event. Keep screenshots of your balance, bet history and the promotion terms on the day you claimed any bonus. AskGamblers hosts player complaints about Lapilanders, including one titled “Keeping the money” about withdrawals; read the outcome there before you deposit.
Responsible gambling tools
Gambling at Lapilanders is for adults aged 18 or over, or older where local law says so. The account settings and the responsible gaming page describe these tools:
- Deposit limits over a chosen period. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one takes effect 24 hours after the casino registers the change (clause 4.2).
- Time-out and self-exclusion for a set period, from the Responsible Gaming tab in your account. Both start immediately and stop deposits and bets. A time-out or fixed self-exclusion can only be reversed after 24 hours.
- Indefinite self-exclusion through live chat, reversible only after seven days and at the casino’s discretion.
- Account closure by email to support, with any balance returned (clause 8.1).
We did not find loss limits, wager limits, session reminders or reality checks described in the terms or on the responsible gaming page. Remember too that self-exclusion here does not carry over to sister brands on the same licence (clause 8.4), and fixed-period exclusions reopen automatically when they end.
If gambling is causing problems, free confidential help is available. The operator lists GamCare (gamcare.org.uk, 0808 8020 133 in the UK) and Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org), which offers international support online. BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) has self-assessment tools. Our responsible gambling guide lists national helplines and blocking software.

Our rating
We score casinos with the published method on our how we rate casinos page: six criteria, each marked from 1 to 5, multiplied by its weight and added up. Our editorial policy explains how we keep ratings separate from commercial considerations.
| Criterion | Weight | Mark (1 to 5) | Weighted | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Licence for your country | 30% | 2 | 0.60 | Valid MGA licence that names the site and the company, but no UK, Dutch, Swedish, German, Ontario or Finnish licence, and a 2023 KSA fine of EUR 2,074,000 against the company |
| Payments and withdrawals | 20% | 2 | 0.40 | EUR 1,000 per-transaction cap, e-wallet-only withdrawals in Ireland, 72-hour processing, 3x deposit turnover, dormant fees |
| Bonus terms | 15% | 2 | 0.30 | 30x deposit plus bonus, deposit-based winnings caps, 35x reloads in 7 days, contradictory terms; the 6x sports bonus is the exception |
| Games | 15% | 4 | 0.60 | Very large lobby, 71 slot studios, major live suppliers; no published RTP |
| Player protection | 10% | 3 | 0.30 | Deposit limits, time-out, self-exclusion, approved ADR; no loss or session limits, exclusion not shared with sister sites |
| Support and usability | 10% | 4 | 0.40 | 24/7 chat and email in five languages; no phone, thin FAQ |
| Total | 100% | 2.60 | Rating: 2.6 out of 5 |
A 2.6 reflects a properly licensed operator whose terms work against the player in several places. The MGA licence helps, but the company’s Dutch enforcement record counts against it under our method, and the bonus maths and the withdrawal rules pull the score down further.
Frequently asked questions
Is Lapilanders Casino legit?
Lapilanders is run by L.C.S Limited, which holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/233/2013. On 8 October 2026 the MGA register showed the licence as Licensed and listed lapilanders.com among its websites, with MADRE as the approved dispute body. The same company was fined EUR 2,074,000 by the Dutch KSA in October 2023 for serving Dutch players through its sister site sonsofslots.com. A Maltese licence does not make play legal everywhere, and the UK, US and Netherlands are excluded.
Who runs Lapilanders Casino?
L.C.S Limited, Malta company C-64070, with its registered address at Office 3, Level 2, Sterling Building, Enrico Mizzi Street, Ta’ Xbiex XBX 1453, Malta. The same company and licence cover more than 30 other sites, including Slotshammer, Sons of Slots, SvenPlay, Wallacebet, Campeon, 21.red and Nords Casino.
What is the Lapilanders welcome bonus?
The Welcome Casino Package gives 125% up to EUR 750 plus 250 free spins on the first deposit, 100% up to EUR 750 plus 250 free spins on the second and 125% up to EUR 500 plus 500 free spins on the third, a total of EUR 2,000 and 1,000 spins on Bigger Bass Splash. Each deposit must be at least EUR 25, wagering is 30 times deposit plus bonus within 30 days, the maximum bet is EUR 5 and winnings are capped at 8 or 10 times the deposit.
How long do Lapilanders withdrawals take?
The terms say payments are processed within 72 hours after the payments department approves the request. Verification is mandatory once deposits or withdrawals reach EUR 2,000, and any pending withdrawal is cancelled when documents are requested, so the first payout can take longer. In the Irish cashier withdrawals go to Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity only.
What is the maximum withdrawal at Lapilanders?
The Irish cashier allows EUR 25 to EUR 1,000 per withdrawal. The terms add a ceiling of EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 25,000 per calendar month, and wins above EUR 30,000 can be paid in monthly instalments. Canadian accounts can withdraw by Interac e-Transfer from CA$100 to CA$1,000 per transaction.
Can UK players use Lapilanders?
No. The United Kingdom is on the excluded list in clause 2.6.4 of the terms, and Lapilanders holds no UK Gambling Commission licence. Only UKGC-licensed operators may offer gambling in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP does not cover sites without that licence.
Does Lapilanders have a sportsbook bonus?
Yes. New players can take 100% up to EUR 100 on the first deposit with 6 times deposit plus bonus wagering at odds of 1.70 or more, or a EUR 25 free bet with maximum odds of 5.00. Both need a EUR 25 deposit, last 30 days and cannot be combined with the casino welcome package.
