Slotshammer Casino Review: MGA Licence, Bonus Terms and Limits

Slotshammer is a casino and sportsbook run by L.C.S Limited, a Maltese company that holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/233/2013. The licence is real and current: the MGA’s own register showed it as “Licensed” when we checked on 8 October 2026, with slotshammer.com among the listed websites. Its welcome package is worth up to EUR 2,000 plus 1,000 free spins, wagered 30 times deposit plus bonus over 30 days, and payouts are capped at EUR 5,000 a day. Where it falls short is the operator’s record in the Netherlands, where the Dutch regulator fined L.C.S Limited over two other sites on the same licence. It suits patient slot players in countries the casino accepts; it is not for anyone in the UK, the Netherlands or the US.

This review is desk research. We read the casino’s terms and conditions (version 1.19), the general bonus terms (last updated 13 February 2026), the welcome package terms, the responsible gaming and contact pages and the payments page on 8 October 2026, loading them through Irish, Canadian and New Zealand connections. We then checked the MGA register and the Kansspelautoriteit’s sanction decisions. Nothing here describes a deposit or a playing session, because none took place.

Licence and operator

The casino’s footer and clause 1.1 of its terms name the same company and the same licence number, and the MGA dynamic seal confirms both. One licence covers a large family of brands: the register lists more than 35 websites under MGA/B2C/233/2013, including lapilanders.com, nordscasino.com, betnflix.com, svenplay.com and campeon.bet. That matters, because a regulator’s view of the company applies to all of them.

The Dutch sanctions against L.C.S Limited

Malta grants the licence, but the Netherlands only permits online gambling at operators licensed by the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA). L.C.S Limited has no KSA licence, and the regulator’s sanctions page records four steps against it:

None of these decisions names slotshammer.com, and Slotshammer’s own terms now list the Netherlands as an excluded territory (clause 2.6.4). Still, all three sanctioned sites appear on the same MGA licence as Slotshammer today. We treat that as a mark against the operator, not as a finding about this website. The MGA register showed no suspension or other MGA action against L.C.S Limited on the date we checked.

What the MGA licence does and does not give you

An MGA licence brings EU-standard rules on player funds, game testing and anti-money-laundering checks, and an approved dispute body. Since 1 April 2019 the MGA’s Player Support Unit no longer rules on individual disputes, so complaints go to the casino first and then to the ADR entity. Slotshammer names MADRE, which handles claims free of charge and whose decision the terms describe as binding. Which countries Slotshammer accepts

Clause 2.6.4 of the terms says no customers are accepted from: Afghanistan, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bangladesh, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Macao, Malaysia, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Réunion, Saint Martin (France), San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Sint Maarten, Spain, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Taiwan, Tunisia, Uganda, the United Kingdom, the United States, the US Virgin Islands, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

• Netherlands: excluded in the terms, and only KSA-licensed sites may offer online gambling there. Dutch readers should use our iDEAL casino guide, which lists KSA-licensed operators only.
• UK players: only operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may offer gambling to people in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion only covers UKGC sites. Slotshammer is not UKGC-licensed, excludes the UK in its terms and is not aimed at UK residents.
• United States: excluded.
• Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Finland and Norway: the site loads with local-currency offers, but none of these countries has licensed Slotshammer. Ontario runs its own licensing regime, which Slotshammer is not part of.
• VPN use: the terms allow the casino to close an account if you disguise your IP address, so playing from an excluded country through a VPN risks voided winnings.

Welcome package: every term that applies

For euro accounts the Welcome Casino Package is headlined “350% up to EUR 2,000 & 1,000 FS”. The percentage is the sum of three separate matches, each picked from a drop-down list in the cashier before you deposit:

• Minimum deposit: EUR 25 for each stage.
• Wagering: 30 times the deposit plus the bonus. Free-spin winnings are wagered 30 times.
• Time limit: 30 days from activating each bonus; free spins are valid for 7 days.
• Stake limits: minimum EUR 0.50 per spin to count (the Canadian terms show C$0.50), maximum EUR 5 per spin or 15% of the bonus, whichever comes first.
• Game weighting: slots 100%, virtual and “lucky” games 50%, table games 20%; live casino cannot be used to wager a casino bonus, and a list of named slots does not count at all.
• Winnings cap: tied to the match percentage. At 120% to 149% (stages 1 and 3) winnings are capped at 8 times the deposit; at 100% to 119% (stage 2) at 10 times the deposit. Anything above is forfeited.
• Eligibility: new players only, once per person, household, payment method and device.

Worked example

Suppose you deposit EUR 100 at the first stage. You receive EUR 125 in bonus money and 250 spins worth EUR 25 in total. Wagering is 30 x (100 + 125) = EUR 6,750. At an average stake of EUR 1 that is 6,750 spins; even at the EUR 5 maximum it is 1,350 spins, all on slots, inside 30 days. If you complete it, the cap is 8 x 100 = EUR 800 in winnings from that bonus. Spin winnings of, say, EUR 20 need another 30 x 20 = EUR 600 of play.

Taking the full package means depositing EUR 1,750 over three stages and wagering 30 x (1,750 + 2,000) = EUR 112,500. The 30-day window per stage is longer than the 7 to 10 days many offshore casinos give, which is the best part of this offer. Other promotions

The promotions page listed a weekly casino calendar on 8 October 2026: a Monday reload, free spins on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, a Wednesday live casino bonus with spins, 25% live casino cashback on Thursday and a Saturday live casino reload. Sports bettors get a separate 100% first-deposit sports bonus, a free bet and early-payout offers on football, basketball, tennis and other sports. Each promotion has its own terms page; read the wagering and expiry before opting in, because the general rule is that bonuses expire 7 days after they are credited unless a promotion says otherwise.

Payments

The public payments page for an Irish connection showed these methods. Availability depends on your country, and the casino may add or remove methods.

No crypto option appeared on the page we checked. Older versions of this review listed ecoPayz, which has traded as Payz since 2023 and was not among the methods shown. Withdrawals: limits and conditions

The terms do not publish a processing time, so we cannot give one. The daily limit is reasonable for most players, but the three-times turnover rule on deposits is stricter than the one-times rule common elsewhere: a EUR 100 deposit has to be played through to EUR 300 before you can withdraw it, even without a bonus. The MGA register lists the game suppliers Slotshammer’s operator is approved to use. Slotshammer runs in the mobile browser; we found no native app in the App Store or Google Play. The whole cashier, promotions and live tables use the same responsive site.

Customer support

The contact page promises live chat “everyday 24/7” and email at [email protected], with support in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. Complaints go to support first, which has 10 days to reply (extendable by a further 10). If that does not settle it, the terms point to MADRE as the free ADR body.

Responsible gambling tools

Account holders can set deposit limits from “My Account”; decreases apply at once and increases or removals take 24 hours. Time-outs and definite self-exclusion are set from the Responsible Gaming tab and can only be revoked after 24 hours. Indefinite self-exclusion is requested through live chat, and the terms say it can be revoked after 7 days at the company’s discretion, which is weaker than the minimum periods in national schemes. Self-exclusion covers Slotshammer, not necessarily its sister sites. No national scheme applies: GAMSTOP, Cruks, Spelpaus and ROFUS do not reach this casino.
